    My boyfriend found a dog training company online that promised results and lifetime training for the registered dog. They set up a time April 29th to come and they required us to pay 300$ upfront for the initial home visit. While at the home visit, the trainer sent a link about an invoice and it would go into my affirm account to make monthy payments for the remaining amount. The trainer was there for about 2 hours and all they gave us was a cheap harness, a spray bottle, and a paper outlining training. Since April 29th there has been no contact by the trainer ******. Ive sent emails asking for a refund or like a stop payment of my account and i have recieved nothing but silence. There has been no training scheduled by her and no check in or anything. They are not and have not rendered the services that were promised and 1731$ isnt a small amount. My payments are 157.45$ and month and I don't want to give them another cent. My remaining balance through Affirm is ********. I use affirm often and it will mess up my credit if I stop paying. I would like it removed from my affirm account. I don't want a refund for what I've already paid. I just would like to not pay them any more money. I have since put a stop payment on it as the next payment isn't due until June 30th. This whole company has many locations that's what made us pick it initially. I don't know how these other locations operate but if they're anything like the one in las vegas, they should be shut down because they are scamming people. I believe they have already gotten the full payment amount as on my affirm account it says I am repaying a loan to a *********** in ****. So I assume they have gotten that amount from the bank and ran away with it. Now I am stuck repaying a loan for nothing.

    Hello i have come to an agreement with the business and they have agreed to terminate my remaining payment balance. They have asked in exchange I take down this complaint. So please take down this complaint as we have reached an agreement that my balance will be terminated and I don't have to deal with them anymore.
