      This business advertised this month to give a 15% discount for my birthday which I didn't get at the time of purchase even though I asked for it. The employee just charged me and after I paid I asked again.. did I get my discount. is my birthday and he said.. you'll get a credit... I never got it in my card,,. Today I visited the ************. location and I asked for it and was told that I needed to continue purchasing from them in order to get it. Then was offered to get a 3 month package for weight loss which I had to pay up front of course then, and only then they will honor my 15% discount. This offer also came with an issue since one of the medications is not working for me.. they still wanted me to pay for the whole package and only promised to substitute the no needed night meds with day meds but wanted me to pay an extra $85 dollars every time I went there to get the substitute medications included in the package. I requested further explanation about it and the office manager came out screaming at me while other patients were there. There is not supposed to be any surprise billing or such.

      I'm very sorry you had this experience. You have been a patient at Glimpse Medical since 2013 and have been into the office dozens of times. The birthday discount should have been applied at the time of purchase but the employee unfortunately missed doing this. You were seen by a provider and received prescription medication. Your total for the office visit and medication was $125. Had the birthday discount of 15% been correctly applied, your total would have been $106.25 resulting in a $18.75 refund ($125 x 15% = $18.75). Because of your longstanding relationship with our clinic,  the staff put the credit onto your account to be used at your next visit. I now understand that you will not be returning and will gladly refund your birthday discount of $18.75 back onto the card used for purchase. This will be taken care of today.
