    On January 2024 I bought a coolsculpting package and paid in full 3295 dlrs only to find out that the coolsculpting machine this place own is fake, I tried it once and it hurts my skin so very bad and left me so many bruises and pain, I have had this same treatment before at IDEAL IMAGE they have the real certified coolsculpting machine and before trying talking to the owner about a refund I did my research and I found out that for sure HOT SPOT WRAPS AND MORE IS PUTTING PEOPLE HEALTH IN RISKS WITH THEIR TREATMENTS because they never tells you that THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT REAL. I ASK THE BUSINESS OWNER MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THIS MATTER AND SHE LIED AND WHEN I ASK FOR THE REFUND SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHE EVEN DISSEMINATED PRIVATE PHOTOS OF MYSELF WITH MY BANK when I tried to dispute the money through them. Please help me get my money back and save more costumers from this business that is putting us on risk of cancer and so many other illnesses because she is not being honest about her products. This is the 2nd time I filed this complaint, I hope you can do something and if not please let me know, so I seek how to resolve this through court or else. Thank you ?? I add a screenshot of another costumer to whom this business did the same scam that it did to me. Thank you ??

    To whom it may concern: ***** **** was shown the machine, and experienced the treatment BEFORE she paid, the amount which she agreed to. ******** sided with Us based on the contract she signed with us. If they would not have sided with us she would have stolen the $3,300 worth of services she enjoyed on her first visit and paid $0 due to her disputing the charges with her back. We offered to accommodate her with different services, but she was unwilling to come back in. She gave no notice by canceling her next scheduled appointment the day it was scheduled, therefore all week we refused others and were unable to fill the 2.5 hours we blocked off for her treatments. She signed acknowledgement that there are no refunds and all sales are final. No refund will be issued.

    I am rejecting this response because: Mrs. ********* *. ******* owner of hot spot wraps and more is lying I have tried to settle this problem with her so many times and all she cares is about money she doesn't have any remorse or empathy for all the people that she is putting at risk, I appreciate the time that BBB has taken to review my complaint all I ask you is to keep an eye on this business and find a way to make her be honest with her costumers THIS PEOPLE IS NOT INFORMED THAT HER PRODUCTS ARE FAKE she lied to me multiple times because I asked her. Please do something about this business I am already seeking legal advice and I'll be seen her on ********* SMALL CLAIMS JUSTICE COURT and this will help me prove that I have tried to work it out with her and she is being very unprofessional, if she really want to settle with me i have been more than open and she have all my contact info because I'm a honest citizen. PLEASE CHECK ON THIS BUSINESS EVEN THE ADDRESS ON HER WEB PAGE IS NOT THE REAL ONE. THE REAL ONE IS *************************** (inside of a building with some other name) that is why the postal service hasn't been able to serve her. She knows that what she is doing it is wrong and she is hiding.

    Apparently I need to file a police report on ***** **** for harassment and stalking. She has sent mail and referenced my home address which was obtained through internet stalking since it was never given to her personally. She signed acknowledgement of Our policy and also enjoyed thousands of dollars worth of treatments on the first visit which would have been theft of treatments if both banks would have sided with her on this dispute instead of only 1. We have paperwork and pictures which our lawyer will present along with any police reports for continued harassment about this matter which was serviced a whole year ago. We've helped hundreds of women to reach their goals safety, we're sorry ***** changed her mind after signing agreeing to our policy that all sales are final. We wish her the best.
