On October 3rd I placed an order for a chandelier for $1,156.32. I have received zero order updates, have sent 5 emails and gotten NO response from the company. I have also tried calling their phone number and left a voicemail.Business Response

To whom it may concern,I have been trying to resolve this issue and have numerous emails to support my willingness to get this resolved. I purchase lights Home and Light on September 11, 2023, comprising four lighting units. Upon receiving the lights, it became apparent that they did not meet the specifications as advertised on the company's website. Despite the website's claim that these lights could illuminate an entire backyard, they fell short of this assurance and did not align with the images and descriptions provided.Upon encountering this issue, I promptly initiated contact with Home and Lighting on September 20, 2023, both through email correspondence and via telephone. Their initial response suggested performing a reset procedure, which I duly executed. Regrettably, this action did not result in any noticeable improvement in the brightness of the lights.The timeline of communication with Home and Lighting is as follows:- September 21, 2023: Requested information on the return process.- September 22, 2023: Placed multiple calls and left messages.- September 27, 2023: Followed up again regarding the return procedure.Despite these attempts at communication, no satisfactory resolution was provided. I ordered an outside spotlight for my shed. I found one on the web at Home and Lighting who on there website says 30 day money back. I saw a light that I thought might work in the description, it said the light had three settings one was movement the second setting is a brighter movement light and a standard on but when the light is in the on position it is not bright. As l told *** when I called him at ************ about returning and buying another light more suitable for my purpose. They won't return my calls can you help me with returning the light and getting my money back? Also there is no packing slip. On June 9, 2024, I ordered outdoor lighting with bracket from Home and Lighting's website (*************************) totaling $221.95 charged to my **************** Platinum card in two separate transactions, $180.57 for the lighting and $41.38 for the bracket. Both transactions on my **************** statement provide an email address of ************************************* with a city and state of *********, **. Upon further inquiry of ****************, the contact details are Vivid Choice Network LLC, **************************************************************************************************************Before ordering the lighting product, I spoke with the company's representative to determine which lighting product to order to light my tennis court and pickleball court for night time play. The representative suggested one 140W Solar Street Light ***** Lumens which I ordered along with the bracket with a 60 day money back guarantee disclosed on their website.We followed the instructions and charged the light as instructed. We mounted the light with the bracket. The light was insufficient to play at night. It wasn't even close. We proceeded to call the company to request an RMA number to return the product. The company would not answer their phone or return our messages. At this point, we were concerned we ordered from a bad company as they were avoiding us. We then carefully packaged up the products and returned them in the same packaging they came to us at our cost of $52.40 via **** with tracking number to the only address on their website of *********************************We disputed the charge with ****************. Vendor claimed to **************** that solar light was returned broken. That is highly unlikely since it was returned in the same exact packaging as it was delivered to us. They provided no proof for me to at least file a claim with **** if it was indeed broken.The 60 day money back guarantee is deceptive advertising. This is not a reputable business. I was scammed. March 2024 I purchased 2 battery packs for their outdoor solar lights. One battery failed on Aug 11, 2024. I followed instructions from a customer service *** to test the battery pack and was assured they would begin the ***lacement process if it failed. The instructions were followed and the battery pack was indeed. bad. I emailed the video as instructed and now have no response from the email or multiple phone calls made to ************. I originally purchased 2 lights from this company 2 years ago that are good products but now their customer service refuses to support the products. With the numbers of complaints I am surprised they are still allowed to operate in any state.Customer Answer

Business received necessary video but responded I needed a remote to check the defective product. I will no longer invest further time with this issue. I bought 4 lights. Then when I paid I got a pop up that asked if I wanted to order the mounting brackets. I thought they came with them but had no use for lights that I couldnt mount I bought them. Over $100 each for 4 lights with brackets. I received them in January 2024 and had them all mounted by March. Soon after the first light I installed stopped working. The company had me make a video proving it didnt work. They charged me $25 shipping to replace the light that was a little over a month old. Now in May 2024 another light went bad. I contacted them and they asked for a video showing both lights not working. I replied back I only had one that was bad. Then I understood that they wanted to prove it wasnt the original bad light. I emailed them again saying I threw it away and its not acceptable that over $100 per light and half are junk in a few months. This morning I received a call from an irate person yelling. I corrected him for his disrespectful tone and said I just wanted a replacement. He said if I didnt do a video with both lights I wouldnt get a replacement. I asked why I would keep a junk light. He came unhinged saying they arent junk lights. I replied to calm down and they half of them are junk after a few months. In the end he said they werent replacing it if I didnt have the original bad light in the video with the new bad light. I told him I would do everything I can to ruin them. I had ordered an outdoor solar light for above my door for *****. I received the order later than stated, I opened the box and it was a tiny adress light that lights up your adress number, this is NOT what I ordered. I have sent countless emails as well as calling the number and there is no response from them. The crappy one that they sent me was way cheaper than the one I bought. What a horrible experience,absolutely no customer service at all. Highly disappointed and ****** off that I didn't receive what I ordered and that there is no resolve in this matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!! shady, dishonest, and no care in the world to make it right.
