    Yes, I placed a large order online and at the end of the order it offered add-ons at a discount when I added those on itcharged me full price and two delivery fees for the same order they were placed within five minutes when I contacted the manager at the I was put on long hold then she got on the phone, said the order is already being made and couldnt cancel it I tried to describe the issue online she kept yelling, talking over me accusing of having attitude. I said Im the customer Im trying to tell you what went wrong on my order to find a solution. She kept continuing to yell and abuse me verbally and shes canceling my order hung up. .called backIm sorry I think you accidentally hung upon me. Im trying to resolve an issue with my order and shesaid yeah I hung up on you and Im canceling your order. I said Ill just be by to pick it up. I thought you said it was already cooked then she said no it hasnt been started and hung up on me again then they calledme back and said that they could place the order and cancel the second order which is what I originally wanted to do then they changed mind again and said I had an attitude and I said Im just trying to let you know about an issue with the ordering online experiencefor the customer Again I never raised my voice never got upset and never had an attitude. I was just trying to figure out what I did wrong to incurred double delivery fee then she explained it because the tip that I put online wasnt big enough she was gonna cancel the order And they said youre assuming that Im not gonna hand someone a $20 bill when they get here thats unfair again. She accused me of the attitude and hung up on me after saying Im on the way. Ill pick it up. were not gonna waive delivery fees. Irrelevant, I just wanna come get the food myself so was five minutes away drove over to pick the order up and the doors are locked an hour before closing time.An apology from *****. Saw them take my food!
