    I ordered a spa cover from Bullfrog Spa Parts in **************** on 05/10/2024 (order #BF-19598) and received the cover in June 2024. The spa cover was not made properly because water stands on the top when it rains instead of running off. It doesnt rain in sacking the summer so i was not aware of the problem for a few months after receiving the cover. When I became aware of the problem I contacted the dealer who contacted the company. Because the warranty tag was inadvertently removed he was told the warhead void. I dont feel this is a warranty issue because the cover was defuse it arrived. I have contacted the company multiple times. I sent emails to both ***** ****** and ***** ******* and not received a response. The dealer even asked them to respond. I would like the cover to be replaced because the one I was sold was defective and not manufactured correctly.

    I have tried to contact ***** ****** and ***** ******* and have not received a response.  These are the contacts given to me by the company I purchased from.  This is not a warranty issue. The cover was not manufactured properly.  Instead of sloping down so the water runs off it pools. This is caused by insufficient foam in the cover.  ***** ****** told the company I purchased the cover the warranty was void because the tag was removed.  They need to take responsibility for shipping me a defective cover

    The issue has been resolved. Core Covers have agreed to give me a new spa cover. Thank you for your assistance.
