    This is a poor excuse for a business. As others write they are scammers in my opinion too. We had 2 cable wakeboarding sessions scheduled for 2 and 3 pm. They text messaged us at 1:03 pm stating in short "due to thunderstorms earlier this morning we are forced to reschedule" I asked for a refund, and they denied a refund stating they would give me a credit. NOW Let's be clear the weather was fine and sunny 8 hours after the morning storm at 6 am and the water was fine, I made sure I documented and took pictures. I began reading online reviews and realized they have done this tactic to so many others. I too then wrote multiple reviews on my experience and opinions. I tagged the owner ****** in on Instagram and he responded quickly. Let me tell you my opinion of Lake Las Vegas Watersports and ********************* are almost one in the same, this guy seemed to only care about his negative reviews and getting me to change my reviews in order for him to give me a refund. He stated through Instagram I would get a refund, I have not his last comment to me was "and the comments". He started off trying to state I was slandering his name (untrue those are my opinions of Lake Las Vegas Watersports and now definitely him as well)> I would more than consider ********************* an unethical shady businessperson and one that should not be trusted. In my opinion he prays on people's money and hopes for the best and if not, he asks them to remove their reviews in order to process a refund instead of a credit (as in my case). I wonder how many other people he has done this too. Others have stated LAKE LAS VEGAS CANCELED AND THEY DID NOT GET A REFUND.Let me also be clear that when ********************* pointed out the check **** box in which a buyer agrees, does NOT state that if ***** cancels it is if we the buyer cancel. FOR NO reason should a money be held hostage if Lake LV Water Sports cancels on you. This company is running a bit of a scam it seems to be known by locals.
