    Company is refusing to give me a refund on a product I have no use for, they are staging I was outside of the time frame for them to receive the product even though I stated in particular that I spoke with someone who insisted I had time to receive a refund but now they are saying they have no notes about that when it was clearly documented in recorded phone call I want my money back immediately and do not want any business with them whatsoever . I mailed it back and contacted them within time frame and they inspect the product within 30 days and it is not my fault they took forever and possibly waited until that window was closed

    On the date 07/11/23 I purchased a product from this company at around 11 at night .I received an email regard order received same day and shipped the day after . Upon placing the order I left detailed instructions on where to leave the package and if unsure call **********. Upon looking at the picture where they left it . Its in the open. I thought my neighbors might have grabbed so I waited until I spoke to everyone I knew in the area . After speaking to the last person I called ***** and discussed the issues with them. They told me I have to contact *** and have the make the claim to investigate the package . So I call ALS to make the claim. On the date 17th I called I finally spoke to the company and they told me they were going to submit the ticket for my case and theyll reach out if anything is required . Today I called to see if there was any updates on 07/21/23 . I was met with rude secretary insisting I have to contacting ***** to get aninvestigation started . His name is ***** . His the employee of ***** over in ********* ****** So Im just being sent in circles . And I need assists in this issue . Ive provided all evidence regarding this claim. Even the detail for the delivery
