      Tech Jon ***** came out to diagnose my system. After burning out 6 of my fuses he said my system needed to be replaced and that it was a fire hazard. I informed him I had mechanical breakdown insurance. And that I would need a detailed estimate of the repairs and the cause of breakdown and that it was a fire hazard and that it needed to be replaced. I never got the email. So I called and spoke to Vinnie. He tells me well it could be fixed but it wouldn't be wise being it is a 30 year old unit. He also said that they don’t do detailed estimates. Can you tell me why they can tell you it needs to be replaced but won't put it in writing for the insurance company. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. I would advise people to shop around before calling this company. All they are interested in is ripping people off. I had *** ******* and ******* come out and they gave me exactly what I needed for my insurance they are a great company and matched One Hours price and gave me a unit with a 16 seer rating instead of the low 14 seer rating that One Hour gave me and said that was the highest they could give me.

      Tony was personable, professional and seemed knowledgeable. He got to the business at hand inspecting our heaters and advised me on what possible problems he saw that may occur in the future. We have been customers of One Hour for many years, with a short break to another business in between which was a mistake, and have been almost always very happy with their service and technicians.

      I Be Hiring A Different Company.... RELIABLE, REASONABLE, And There When Ya Need'em ~~ A 100% Success Rate, And THAT'S "As Good As It Gets".

      Timothy Judge was fantastic! He was very helpful in explaining how our machine works! Because ours was so old we were not sure about some issues! He will be coming back by our request to check on the Air Conditioner for seasonal turnover!
