      Edgar was kind, efficient and so helpful!! it is him I’d give five stars. I have used them often and found all their technicians to be really good.
      There does seem to be some miscommunication between the office and the technicians, but that is a different issue. In the end the miscommunication with the office was settled to my satisfaction.
