    Absolute worst airline I have ever used. Customer service was non existent. Representative at desk refused to help me and took several calls on her personal phone while I was standing there. When I asked for a supervisor they threatened to call the police. I waited for either a supervisor or the police and neither showed. So I called Allegiant customer service who was far more rude to me and told me I must’ve of been unruly for them to threaten me with the police. Still baffled by the entire experience. Booked a new flight through a different airline and disputed charges with my bank. PLEASE don’t use this company. As a not so frequent flier I have never experienced this level of disrespect and terrible customer service.

    Allegiant Air is the WORST airlines. First of all rather than having their customers sit in the lobby of the airport while they do a maintenance check, NO that is too simple, they board us and then make us sit on the plane for two hours, couldn't use the restroom until we were 16,000 feet in the air and they wouldn;t let us off of the plane to use the restrooms. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! We were supposed to reach my destination at 9:01am did not get there until 9:45am. Then coming home same thing as going with the only exception being that we were allowed to use the restrooms we didn't have to wait until we were 16,000 feet in the air. We were supposed to be home at 5:40pm and did not land until 6:30pm. Allegiant also charges for snacks and water ? for an hours trip? What kind of ** is that? I am NEVER taking ALLEGIANT for anything again. I would rather take Southwest and have to drive four hours to my destination than to go through all the ** that allegiant puts its passengers through

    My teenage daughter was about to fly to Montana from Las Vegas when while attempting to check her bag in, the lady at the counter said that "she was not there in time and could not board". She WAS there an hour before, and she SHOULD have been able to board. She didn't know to stand her ground and ask questions to get it resolved so she walked away and called me to come pick her up. I picked her up and she said told there was a flight tomorrow she could take, to go home and call the 702 # to get it handled. She did and they wanted to charge her full price for a new ticket. She also had the "insurance" on the ticket. Allegiant has found a way to 1) not give her ANYTHING for their mistake 2) the insurance means NOTHING in her situation. Had my daughter just asked for a Manager at the counter, they would have seen that she had AMPLE time to get on the flight. It actually left late. All the customer service reps on the phone are HORRIBLE. One lady stopped speaking to my daughter mid conversation and sent her to a phone survey which of course was given all zeros. Of course everyone knows that you fly Allegiant ONLY for the price, but what would this airline have lost by helpiing my daughter, a full time student, by allowing her to use the money she already spent for a different flight that was not even 50% full. They would NOT even be out a dollar by allowing this, not a dollar. They have NOW wasted so much of their customer service agents time (which is money) and we are now going to fly ***** even though they are charging more than DOUBLE the Allegiant price. I will NEVER fly nor RECOMMEND to ANYONE to fly Allegiant Air. Even ****** *** had more tact and professionalism where customer service is required. Shame on Allegiant Air.

    I paid for a seat and due to their mix up when I arrived at the airport the seats were not available so me and my kids had to sit somewhere else and I was separated from one of my kids when I called the airline about the mixup the first agent was argumentative and hung up the second wanted to give me a voucher and not refund to my card so I asked for a supervisor and they would not take the call they ripped me off did not give me what I paid for them offered a voucher what bs the app was not working correctly either and still isn’t I do not suggest Allegiant if you want a stress free flight

    I have flown with Allegiant for 6 years now so last trip to Florida they sold me on applying for their credit card. The sell was that if i use the credit card there is a $60/year fee but i could redeem buy one get one airfare! Perfect for my family that uses this business only for flying. What a scam! You cannot buy one get one by booking online. You have to call this "premiere" service center to book and the wait times are 90+ minutes or put you on a call back list. It's been 48 hours and still no call back. When i tried again, the robot says "you are still on the call back list, wait to be called back." This whole experience made me feel an entirely different way about an airline i would have used for the rest of my life.

    I would give 1 star but giving 2 stars to Allegiant Air because the pilot landed the plane with perfection and most of the crew were nice except for Joriseca/Janerica, whatever your name is. This flight attendant walked all the way from the back of the plane to my seat to tell me that I didn’t flush the toilet. Now, I remember flushing it and thinking “wow that’s so loud,” but maybe it didn't go down all the way or maybe I my pregnancy brain got the best of me and I actually didn’t flush. You would have thought I left something disgusting behind but it was only toilet paper. Either way, what gives you the audacity to walk all the way up to my seat to tell me that I forgot to flush in front of the other passengers? When I tell you that I thought I did, you continue to argue with me that I in fact did not. Was that your goal? To embarrass me? To teach me a life lesson? Did you feel better about yourself after telling a paying customer that you all just cancelled a flight on the night before after waiting half a day in the airport only to have it cancelled after boarding because the crew was timed out? We got a free soda for our trouble and a rude crew member. My entire life I have worked in the service industry from being a server to ER nurse and I understand that sometimes we get annoyed with people but I have always treated them with dignity and respect. You are dealing with the public and you represent a company that is providing a service and without that service, you wouldn’t have a paycheck. So I suggest you clean up your act and flush your nasty attitude down the toilet.

    Our representative was Grant, a very pleasant English gentleman who certainly went out of his way to accommodate my husband and I in booking a family vacation for the summer. He was highly courteous, extremely helpful and all around a wonderful pleasure to talk to. We are so looking forward to our vacation, taking our grandson for his first time to the beach. Thank you Allegiant and Grant!!

    Their website is chronically down.
    This limits or prohibits customers ability to make changes, spend their rewards and check their trips.
    All these three things have had a material effect on my life.

    This airline is complete trash and I will never fly them again. I arrived about two hours before the departure of my (delayed) flight at 10pm and was informed TSA was closed beginning at 10pm and as a result I would not be allowed onto the plane - this applied to me and about 20 other passengers on the plane. This was never something me or other passengers were informed of. As a result of missing my flight, I had to to spend the night in the Asheville airport (because Allegiant refused to pay for lodging) along with needing to rebook another flight on another airline for the next morning because there are no allegiant flights out of NC within 24 hours of my original flight. Allegiant has been contacted multiple times and has refused to reimburse for expenses related to the emergency rebooking of my flight.

    Our flight was delayed more than 2 hours. They kept pushing it back little by little. No explanation. No apologies. I understand that things are out of their control at times, but there was no customer service. Basically just a “well it’s a cheap flight, you get what you pay for” mentality. No cares in the world about service. Bad business.
