In 2022, it was brought to BBBs attention that an additional website and name was being used at the same residence 295 Berner Ln Las Vegas, NV under Merit Ammo Shop. The website used meritammoshop.com is no longer active. An internet search of Merit Ammo Shop indicates that the company may be permanently closed.
In 2021, BBB was informed that a bogus but similar website armsandsammo.com has been created to defraud consumers so they believe they are doing business with the real Arms & Ammo whos website is armsandamo.com and located in Missouri. Initially the bogus website had an address of 295 Berner Ln Las Vegas, NV which is not affiliated with the actual company in Missouri. The address on the bogus website has since been changed to reflect the Missouri address. BBB urges consumers to carefully examine any website URL to ensure you are doing business with the actual company and not a bogus one.
