    On December 13th, 2024 I used a "NRT Technology ***" at **************** in *********, ******. I attempted to get a Cash Advance for 500$ with a 36$ service charge from the **** While using ***, the machine glitched and no receipt was given and no cash was withdrawn from the **** Cash was however withdrawn from my personal checking account for the amount of 536$. On Monday December 16th, I was hoping the money would be refunded back in my account by that day like the cashier at **************** said it should be. It was not, so I reached out to "NRT Technologies" regarding the issue. I was given a case number (******) and was told they see there was a issue with the *** and I should have my funds refunded by Thursday, December 19th. On Thursday, December 19th, I still have not received funds from "NRT Technologies". After speaking with a representative of the company and the representative changing his answers from just a few days ago, they informed me that it would be another 7-10 days to see if they will even refund it because they have to "investigate it". I was told a email would be sent to me regarding confirmation of this by the representative and I have yet to receive a email. This is ridiculous that a business can operate like this.

    The *** transaction took place August 31 at *********************. I used one of the many NRT Technology ***s. I tried to withdraw $1500 and my transaction was denied by my bank (*****). The *** declined the withdraw, but I never received a receipt. I followed up with my bank because my account showed *********** + 120 fee) was withdrawn from my account. The bank advised me to contact the casino. The casino told me to reach out to the *** company (***).A claim was filed with ***** and *** for the failed transaction on September 4. *** confirmed that there was an error with their *** and that it mistakenly took $1620 from my account even though the transaction was denied by my bank.I have talked to multiple **** from *** in order to get my money back. *** has been giving me the run around for almost 3 months now when all they have to do is reverse the transaction and return my funds.Never in my life have I experienced a situation like this. An *** company holding my funds hostage after a failed transaction. This situation is infuriating.

    I pushed the Credit button by mistake (instead of Debit) at the *** inside ***************, ********, *******. The receipt states "Your transaction was approved. Please take your receipt to the cashier within 2 hours to collect your cash." I did not even go to the cashier's cage. I wasn't interested in the cashier's cage, that is why i was using an ***. This transaction should have never happened and I understood it was supposed to drop off after the 2 hours.This transaction happened on 09/16/2024. I initially contacted Belterra Casino ************* on 09/19/2024 and was pending a response on their review of the transaction. I then spoke with the Finance Manager on 09/24/2024 and was told to call ****A formal complaint with ******** was established on 09/24/2024 (Case #******). I was told to check back on 09/27/2024 as they should have an update. I called back on 09/28/2024 and was told that it could take up to 10 business days to resolve. To date (09/28/2024) this transaction has not been resolved.

    I was at the ******************** and used the *** ATM machine. I proceeded to take $600 out of my checking account with my ***** debit card. The machine processes it as a cash advance and printed a ticket for me to take to the casino cashier. I explained that I did not wish to take a cash advance and I was not going to pay a $42 fee to get money that I have in my bank account. The teller said it would drop off as pending in a few days. The transaction went from pending to an ach debit and was never credited. It has now been 14 days and I still do not have my money. This company is fraudulent and should be investigated. I should also be entitled to daily interest on my money of the same 8% they charged me.

    I went to ******* in *********** and had multiple transactions through their atm system post to my account when I received no money. When I called the representative pretended they would be getting a resolution for me swiftly. Instead it has been weeks and over $2,000.00 has been tied up. Causing overdrafts in my account and late payments on my bills. I am so upside down as a result of this it is going to take me a while to recover.

    I requested $160 from the *** and only got $120. It shorted me $40 and its been over a month of going back and forth with their customer care who doesnt seem to get anything done and my bank and I have yet to see my stolen $40. Horrible service and I want my stolen money back!!

    I spoke with NRT who said they issued a refund to my bank two weeks ago yet my bank said there is no such refund. Im not sure if they didnt know how to refund the money or are lying to me about the refund. It should not be this hard to do business with a company. I have looked up in other areas on the internet where people have complained about their atms and never received a resolution. I have also seen responses that were given over a year later, mean responses and other complaints ignored. I will never do business with their atms again.

    I went to ameri star casino and used their atm and it never dispensed my money and the company told me that it will take 3rd 7 business days and it is now Jan 16 and they yet to return my funds. I need help
