    NRT does not care about their customers. I went to Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City Louisiana on the 27th of December. I went to the ATM machine and I was unaware that they give you slips to take to the cage. I printed out the first one not paying attention and we did another transaction and read that one. That one told me that I needed to go to the cage to retrieve my money so I dug in the trash can and pulled out both tickets. One was for 300 and the other one was for $400. I told the cashier that I didn't need that much I needed some take the $300 and give the 400 back and she told me that she would put it back on my card. It never went back. I went to the horseshoe with my bank statements and Horseshoe was more than helpful by calling this company and getting a case number for me and ever since that day it has been a goose chase. I have sent them everything they needed and yet and still they tell me that they don't know where my money went and I'm clearly showing them my bank statements that the transaction went through. After I did that they said that maybe it was on horseshoe but horseshoe has been completely transparent in this situation. My bank disputed and that's what this company told my bank to do and what my bank did so they declined it, they knew that my bank couldn't resend that dispute. And here I am in March still fighting for money that I've earned. The last straw for me today was when I talked to the company yet again and I said to them, I wonder if the owners are the people that are higher up would be concerned at how my case is being mishandled. They laughed at me and they said do you think they even care? That hit me in my gut. All I'm asking is for them to do the right thing I have done everything they asked me to do and still here I am without my money. Not to mention that I've spent way more than that at the casino even after but now it becomes a matter of principle and I pray that they will do the right thing.
