    They were the warranty company for my battery and my battery kept going bad until now. My car is not working and the District Manager does not want to help pay for it. Hes saying its not his fault but they installed the battery the second time in my car and did not register it now theres $2500 worth of work that needs to be done and no accountability from the battery place. And I also had mini of Las Vegas send them over the charges and what they found. And the district manager is fighting on this. Something needs to be done.

    We are sad to hear that this customer has experienced misfortune with their vehicle. 

    The customer purchased a ********************** from one of our many great resellers back in November of 2023. The customer stated that the vehicle seemed to later experience some electrical issues beginning in approximately January 2024. Customer contacted our reseller and then contacted us eventually in June 2024 as the warrantee provider for the battery itself.Customer was thinking the ********************** was the problem. Although the battery itself tested "In Good Condition", the customer continued to assert the ********************** as the problem.

    Still desiring for the customer to have a good experience with our products and to avoid a negative perception, we provided a replacement battery at no charge in June of 2024. 2 weeks later, customer stated they were experiencing similar issues from before. We, once again,tested the replacement battery that once again tested "In Good Condition". The customer then asked for another replacement battery. This time, they chose to upgrade their battery to a longer-lasting battery and paid the difference. They took that battery to their technician to have them install the battery and have their technician continue to diagnose the electrical problems with their vehicle.

    Noting that the battery itself was never the issue and we operate simply as the battery provider, we have tried to work with this customer within reason and to the best of our abilities.
