      I can't say enough great things about Mario, in customer service. He was extremely helpful. I had some credit report specific issues that I needed some assistance with. He took his time and walked me through what I needed to do. And he made sure that I fully understood how to go about achieving the results I needed. His sheer willingness to help showed throughout our interaction over the phone. If I have any other snags in the process, I will definitely be reaching out to Mario.

      On every occasion I have contacted customer service, it has been generally responsive and very helpful. I contacted customer service today and Mario took great care of me with all my questions.
      He was very polite and knowledgeable, making the experience smoother to take care of my concerns. His courteous clarification on my questions allowed him to resolve my membership issues expeditiously.

      I had purchased the product years earlier and decided to put it to use Sep 2019 since I wanted to become a first-time homeowner. Following the steps, I did receive good results, and my FICO score 8 increased by the following (Equifax, TU, Exp):
      Sep 2019: 590,608,598
      Oct 2019: 595, 627, 616
      Nov 2019: 645, 660, 638
      Dec 2019: 655, 680, 659
      FICO Score (used by mortgage lending * they take my middle score when approving for mortgage):
      Sep 2019: 542, 581, 531
      Oct 2019: 603, 627, 648
      Nov 2019: 576, 632, 623
      Dec 2019: 593, 639, 645
      I received my pre-approval letter on December 26th, and my offer was accepted on December 28th! They ran my Fico score one more time, and my middle score was 653! I closed on my first home in February 2020.
      Credit Secrets provided me with a step-by-step plan to take control of my credit and future. I was also approved for a $19K credit card. I am so grateful for the knowledge I have gained forever.
      Like many, I suffered a great loss due to the pandemic when I was laid off in 2021. Thank goodness my home remained in good standing (which I sold in 2023). Now recently married, I decided it was time to work the program again, which I started yesterday.
      I am looking forward to another round of great results!?

      I’m giving Mario a 10 star he was patient understanding and answer everyone of my questions without hesitation. Everything was on point. This man needs a raise if he have not gotten one yet maybe even more payout or a bonus check he’s amazing worker people should be rewarded who are like Mario.
