I took my new 2024 Mercedes Cle 300 into MB Seattle for a maintenance service on 6/12/25. Everything was smooth, until I got out of my car after pickup, and noticed a harsh blue stain all over the drivers seat on my beige leather. It’s obviously from someone sitting down. I know Mercedes leaves a plastic cover over the seats, so I checked my dashcam to ensure it was covering my seat properly. The plastic cover was improperly, and barely on my seat for the entirety of my overnight service. I called my service coordinator to let them know my seats are now blue. He instructed me to come in so they could try to lift the stain. It did not work. Then he proceeded to deflect the blame onto me saying it was “gradual wear from denim” that stained my light seats. I haven’t had this car for a year, I rarely wear denim too, and this stain was DARK, and one consistent color with a harsh line. I would’ve noticed this way sooner if his statement were true, and would’ve addressed the stain as my car is a lease, and I want to keep it in pristine condition. I wanted to verify with my personal car detailer, and get his thoughts on the stain, and he agreed this is not just “gradual wear from denim overtime” it seems the stain happened suddenly, and did not align with what MB Seattle tried to tell me. I requested my service coordinator to have a manager reach out to me to resolve this, I asked the same day I picked up my car and was told he would pass along my message. It is now 6/24/25, I’ve messaged multiple times since over the span of 12 days, and have received 0 responses, and had not once has anyone attempted to reach out. I’ve being going to MB Seattle since 2019, with 0 issues. This is so unprofessional, and disrespectful, all I’m requesting is a fair resolution to the permanent damages left to my seats after a service with them.

I was in the process of selling my car and had already received a few solid offers. I was shopping around to see if other dealerships could make a competitive offer. Swickard reached out to me, and I explained upfront what offers I had and that I didn’t want to waste my time unless they could get close or potentially beat them. The representative assured me they could be competitive, so I scheduled a visit.
When I arrived, the staff seemed confused, didn’t know who I had spoken with, and quickly told me I should just accept one of my other offers. It was clear they couldn’t get close to the numbers we discussed. I felt misled and that they simply said what they needed to in order to get me in the door. It was a waste of my time and came across as a bait-and-switch tactic.

Sign agreement for the hours of 8-5. Start the job then mandatory work 7am-7pm. Don’t not take lunches and only allowed to clock in and out for the day. Management will dismiss you out of office by saying “get out bitch” then laughing about it. You get yelled at on the daily no matter how well you are doing. So if you want to work in a place that has zero integrity and want to have management be dismissive with zero training and told to figure it out. Management says the just want to watch YouTube in their office.

I was treated so badly by the entire dealership including the manger because they dropped the ball on scheduling her appointment. I made an appointment weeks prior and checked four times confirming the appointment even calling that same day to confirm. When I arrived I was treated so poorly by Al the service manager and accused of missing her appointment and try to blame me for their mistakes. Then I was waiting for to get proof of insurance I heard a women employee with brown hair using curse words and complaining why it's taking so long to confirm her insurance. I did nothing but show up to my appointment on time and was treating so badly and disrespected. The people who work here gossip and use profanity right in front of customers. I will post a picture of the woman below who was using a cursed word at me and was mad I was taking so long to get my insurance card because of no cell phone reception in the office. This women has no respect for customers and needs to be fired ASAP

We had the absolute WORST experience at this dealership. Working with Russ (finance manager) is an absolute disaster & he’s impossible to get ahold of unless you literally hound them. First of all, we traded in our 2023 Tahoe and they FORGOT to send the check to our bank to pay it off. Our bank kept telling us they didn’t receive the payment so we kept asking for over a week about the check. We were going to have to pay a car payment for a car in their possession. They finally told us there was a miscommunication & it never got sent out. This is after over a dozen phone calls, emails, etc. These people are masters at ignoring you once they get your money. Finally after all of this, our bank received the check and the check was SHORT. Because they took longer than 10 days to send out the check, more interest accumulated on the car. We’re waiting on a solution for that now & hopefully we can just be done. This dealership is honestly a joke. Also, they tell you they’ll “call you back” with a solution and never do. Seriously, it’s wild. Worst experience we have had. The general manager is also super pushy and doesn’t give a crap about you to put it lightly. He almost ran us off completely initially.
I will say, Marina our salesperson is outstanding. If you do business here, go with her 1000%. We don’t blame her for the management’s multiple shortcomings. She bent over backwards trying to help & making the car shopping experience enjoyable on her end. So much of this was out of her control. She is kind, compassionate and genuine. 5/5 starts for her.

I took my son-in to swickered Honda to get a used vehicle found a really nice 2016 Eco Dodge diesel. Got it, They insisted that we pay $4000 for a 6 year. Warranty, we got the warranty. Got the car home before we could even get the car purchased. They said that needed to have a recall. We took it in to get recall. At the recall, said that the dealership should have done that before they sold us the car. Then a couple weeks later, the check engine light came on. I called them about it. They said that's why you got the warranty. The warranty takes $200 deductible. My son doesn't have now. My son lost his job because the car has major issues and does not run. And it's gonna take thousands of dollars to fix. And they won't take it back.

I visited yesterday to see a specific vehicle I intended to purchase. I sent the vehicle’s details in advance by text, yet when we arrived, Sam informed us that the car wasn’t there. He then showed us a different vehicle that was somewhat comparable. But I saw another vehicle on the showroom floor and decided to go with that one.
Sam provided a quote, and I let him know I would bring in my trade-in today. Based on that quote, I visited Navy Federal to secure financing. I reached out to Sam by text to confirm if I could apply both my job discount and the Navy Federal discount, each valued at $500. He replied that I could only use one. This struck me as unusual, as most dealerships allow customers to combine multiple eligible discounts.
When I returned to the dealership to get a trade-in quote, Sam asked if the registration was in the glove box, which my husband confirmed. Sam then asked if it was updated, to which we replied yes, though we had an out-of-state plate. He mentioned that the dealership might not accept the car because the plate wasn’t registered in Hawaii. This was surprising, as we had never encountered this issue before. We verified this by searching online and consulting another dealership, both of which confirmed it should not be a problem.
Given I had financing ready, I’m puzzled as to why the dealership wouldn’t work with us to make the sale. The experience felt misleading from the start, as the advertised vehicle was unavailable, and the website did not reflect this. Overall, I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism in this experience.
I would love to see the policy stating that two discounts can not be combine... Also the transferring of the tag must be done prior to doing a trade-in quote... or trade-in

Worse customer service.Bought multiple cars in the past when it was magic toyota.Staff was nice and friendly ,knowledgeable and helpful. Now a lot of rude staff especially the manager.Staff will lie to your face and force their lie and try to put words in your mouth.Unexperienced people have to go back and forth for no reason.Wont listen to you and treat you like you are nobody.Their attitude is like get the hell out of here we have plenty of people ready to buy.
I wish there’s a Negative rating as they don’t even deserve one start,Very disappointing never ever coming back here after their rude and ugly behavior.

Volvo Cars Bellevue epitomizes the used car experience that buyers detest. Congrats on keeping the ugly stereotype alive and well.
When a customer asks, "what is the car going to cost us?" and the salesperson says $X...that's what the customer expects to pay (plus tax and all the other ridiculous charges, of course).
The customer does not plan on $X + $600 for some add-on product they never agreed to. Like 360Shield.
We saw the car before it was detailed and prepped. The 360Shield hadn't been applied. The salesperson could have asked if we wanted it or not, but of course was more interested in the $600.
I couldn't stay for the paperwork so my wife took care of it. One of the documents is the 360Shield warranty. My wife said she wasn't interested. The salesperson replied, "If you want the car you have to sign it." This is comical in part because the first bullet of the document states that it is optional, voluntary and not required. Understandably my wife just wanted to get through the process, so signed.
The next day I called the salesperson to communicate my displeasure. His response was, "That's the way it works here. There's nothing I can do." If I'd been there, you would have lowered the price of the car by $600 or we would have walked...but...water under the bridge.
I asked to talk to the sales manager. He wasn't available. I was promised he'd call me back. He of course never did.
Do you guys believe in karma?
My mom loves Volvos. She also buys new. She lives in Bellevue. Guess who she will NOT be buying a new car from? We have a friend that is car shopping. Guess who they will not be buying a car from? Maybe a single other buyer reads this and goes to a different Volvo dealer... Maybe more than one buyer!
      Was it worth the $600?
