      1. Horrible communication. Would not return calls or pick up phone when paged or return texts. I called 6 times to ask to speak to the service advisor. She did not pick up the phone when paged and also did not return my calls despite having left voicemail each time. I also texted twice to ask for a callback but did not get one.
      2. Unjustified charge - A multi-point inspection was done on 6/25/2024. Less than a month later on 7/14/2024, I could not start the car. No light turned on the dashboard when I pressed the ignition button. I had Volvo Bellevue towed the car to their workshop to investigate. On 7/18/2024, they came back saying that both positive and negative terminals were loose. For that they charged me $310 + tax for the vehicle check. I think that this is not justified as the multipoint inspection was done less than 20 days ago and if the terminals were loose then, they should have fixed it. Or they might have been loosened during the inspection and not tightened. I also had my battery replaced by Volvo Bellevue on 5/4/2023 (see attached Volvo_2023_05_04.pdf). I asked to waive the charge but the service advisor refused.
      3. Cause not diagnosed - Oil and filter changes were performed as well as the coolant was flushed on 6/25/2024. This was the 2nd time that the coolant was flushed within 13 months. The reason the coolant was flushed this time was due to the coolant color. The first time that coolant was flushed was 5/3/2023, barely 12 months ago. I expect that diagnosis was done on 6/25/2024 to figure out why the coolant had to be flushed so frequently. However, none happened then.

      There really needs to be a no star option. Visited for an oil change the BMW of Eugene. At pickup, they told me I needed new brake pads. At pick up of the new break pads, they told me I needed a turbocharger (red) immediately. 5000.00 estimate. Received second opinion and it turns out my vehicle is in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I already security a 5500.00 loan for the turbocharger replacement and incurred bank charges before paying the loan in full. As well as, paid for the second opinion. I reached out to them and they stood by their personnel and refused to admit the service they recommended was false nor proceed with a plan of the charges I incurred. Moving forward with small claims and an official complaint with the state of Oregon. Sad world they live in. So glad we outsmarted them. Beware.

      Absolute zero customer service in the service department. Horrible communication, deceptive tactics. Everybody hates being there. Absolutely will not return calls OR pickup the phone when paged. This is a management down problem. Even the managers could care less. So disappointing. You have a choice of dealers. Choose any other one but this one. You've been warned.

      Sadly we have had a terrible experience with this **********. We purchased a used vehicle ***** with extended warranty from Mercedes of Wilsonville. It was my sons first car. 4 months later it was determined that the car was burning oil at a very high rate. We took it to the *** ********** who informed us the engine needed to be replaced & recommended we take it back to Mercedes where we purchased it. The service team had us do an oil consumption test (drive the car for 500-1000 miles) and it was clear that the car was indeed burning excessive oil. When we brought the car back after the appropriate miles were driven, we were told by the service team that there was nothing they could do & that wed need to go back to *** instead. Not helpful when we were just sent across town from the *** ****** & told by Mercedes to return to Mercedes. At that point, we engaged the sales team to attempt to have them buy back this lemon of a car. They offered an insultingly low price that was several thousand less than the purchase price from just a few months ago. They were not willing to discuss or negotiate. Just said its the best they can do & that was that. For the amount of time, energy & stress this has caused for a car that was clearly problematic prior to us purchasing it, this ********** has made no effort to make this right. They have made the process very difficult, frustrating & time consuming. Well be contacting the Swickard Auto groups customer relations team, filing a complaint with the BBB & likely engaging our attorney for assistance with next steps. The team at Mercedes Wilsonville has made it clear they do not value integrity, accountability or the customer experience. I urge anyone reading this review to consider purchasing your new or used vehicle from a different **********. We wish wed known this before putting our trust & money into Swickard Auto Group. Its been a very disappointing experience.

      I took my Cadillac Escalade for repair and oil change at Swickards GMC of Palmer, ****** January 4, ****. During the check in the service representative did not know what I was there for after having made the appointment prior by phone and had explained what the issues the vehicle was having. Was then told could do the oil change that day but would be another day to get the car looked at by a mechanic. I called on two occasions leaving messages to check on the vehicle, three days later was called and said the vehicle was ready for pick up and would need a new control module for for the ***** control due to corrosion. Upon picking the vehicle up noticed the tire sensor system had not been corrected and the ***** control system was now functioning after 2 weeks of not working. I authorized the purchase of the $1,400 controller and brought the vehicle back for repair when the controller was received by Swickards.I specifically asked to have any old parts returned to me and got it in writing. After an over night stay at the shop was told via phone call the vehicle was repaired and ready to pick up. I paid via CC and asked if the old part was in the vehicle was told buy the same individual that checked the car in he assumed it was. The old part was not in the car and the tire pressure system was not monitoring the tire pressures. I went back in and discussed with both the original person who checked me in and the mechanic who apologized for throwing out the old part and said he could not get the tire pressure sensor system to work and take the vehicle to a tire shop. Upon driving the vehicle home the ***** control system did not function. I informed the dealer of these issues immediately via phone and received a call from a manager which I explained the issues. He asked for a write up so here it is. He said to expect a follow up call from another manager after contacting two days later when I presented photo of written directions to return old parts. Still waiting

      They just bought the Maui dealership from ***************************. I didnt know that til I took my car in for its 1st ************** raised all the pricesthe new price for service A is $900. Basically thats for an oil change. I will never return. I feel sorry for the guys who work therethey apologized. I hope they leave & go elsewhere.

      Worst new 100k car experience Ive had bought a brand new 760i with **** miles when I told them I didnt want to be backwards, was told we will give you this at 109k and you will be good Auction.com average ******* msrp 122..well the car retail with miles was worth 103 tops car wasnt titled but used a shuttle etc so I was told by the same franchise dealer Mbz wilsonville that I got burnt.. told car was worth *****k no call back when they stated they would help right the ship do your homework, because you dont want to buy a car and be upside down because they want to take care of you Ive bought about 40 cars and never been up sold and put in negative equity this fast and this much. The auction numbers the gm showed me werent even real.. filed a complaint with bbb and attorney generals office.. place is a joke all around car has service lights on and is trash for a 7 series thats supposed to be high end the only Two helpful people I met there was ****** In finance and *****.. if your looking for a place thats high on integrity.. this aint it if your looking for a place to shop for value this aint it Im down about 17k on a car thats been driven 200 miles imagine buying a 109k car that wasnt even serviced prior to you getting it after being told its like a brand new car it was a used car, that was never titled or properly servicedposting this with hopes that someone doesnt make the same mistake and lose money trusting a shady dealer because they market a reputable brand..

      One of the worst experience I have ever had.I have emailed ******** *** 13 times yes, thirteen times.I have addressed issues with ************* numerous times.When or what should I do as no none has addressed my issues after a month!I love tyhe product but service and delievery are poor at best.. A BIG ZERO for customer support!

      Horrible experience. Purchased a VERY expensive vehicle from them. Realized it has body damage. Have called and emailed several times AND get no reply. Was told thanksgiving week last year I would get a call. Still nothing. Keep getting ignored. Going to be several thousand to fix. They should have disclosed. BUYER BEWARE.

      Very disappointed with service. They had me there for over 3 hours and by the time I got the paperwork I was very frustrated. The salesman hurried me through signing the forms and provided no information beforehand. I informed him that I had my own plates (twice) but he still hurried me through to sign for new plates. By doing so they were able to charge a 115 dollar fee. Im not sure if theses things are standard practice for all car salespeople but this dealership was extremely dishonest by using trickery. They also claimed the car was detailed and the oil was changed but both statements were untrue. There were peanut shells left in the car.
