      I wrote the view below about BMW of Eugene. My anger was centered around a simple misunderstanding which was resolved the following day. I was the one who misunderstood and BMW of Eugene called me back and all is well. BMW of Eugene is a wonderful place to buy a car as I have now bought 9 cars from them. The staff is amazing and so helpful. As always they make you feel at home. If you are looking to buy a new or used *** or a vast selection of fine used cars, look no further than BMW of Eugene.Again, I apologize for my low rating of BMW of Eugene below. They certainly don't deserve it. They deserve a 5 star rating. I was having a bad day and I was wrong. I have no excuses for my actions as they went out of their way to make my car deal. Please disregard the review below.

      It's crazy how the dollar bill says "Good for all debts public and private" then you get pretentious people not wanting to let you buy parts with cash. Done with these jackass dealership parts stores.

      Gresham Toyota will not respond to my issue with the new EV (bz4). They sold me. I have had no resolution to my issue and continue to have to call and call Every time I call someone promise to get back to me and address the issue but so far all anyone has been able to do for me is confirm that they would not have bought the vehicular for themselves and let me know they cant really do anything else. I can not get the bz4 to charge on a DC charger so Im am stuck with a car. I cant even take it to ********** and back on a 60% charge! This vehicle is suppose to have a range of ************************************************************************* charger to get less than 90% charge. I ask the service department at Gresham Toyota if they would want a car that takes 2 hours to gas up ( charge ). They kind of laughed and agreed again they wouldnt have bought the vehicle!!!! Gresham Toyota doesnt stand behind their product when the . Hits the fan you will be left with little to no support.

      I brought my Mercedes Benz to sell to Seattle Mercedes Benz dealership, they were quick to say it In great condition yes we want to buy it. Then they said theyre currently helping four other people, as soon as they are done with them they will complete the paperwork. I informed them that I wanted to conclude the process so that I could before closing. They kept me waiting for three hours then at 4:55pm they had me sign all of the documents so that they could sell it, including lost title. Then they said I could leave after they took possession of both keys and all documents were signed. I said hold on wheres my check for my car youre you just bought. To which they said Oh when you give ** the title then we can get you a check. I said wait I just signed documents so that you can file for lost title. You need to pay me for my car. Its now been five days and its one excuse after another as to why they cant pay me. They offered to mail the check to me, to which I said no I want a check in my hand or my car back.

      Swickard Auto Group encompasses a group of dealerships in the ********* ****** area. I am particularly referring my experience with the chevrolet location. Dealership quoted me a fair price for a routine service, and upon pick up of the vehicle charge me twice what was appraised.

      Beware of this place and their business practices. We were purchasing a used Volvo SUV from them and they agreed to a final price and repairs, but when we sat down to go over the final cost they pushed us to purchase two different "optional" protection packages (which was expected), we choose the less expensive one to meet them half way, and then they changed the agreement and said they can no longer make a previously agreed to repair to the vehicle unless we purchased the more expensive protection package. They inflated the cost of the repair to the amount they wanted for the protection plan and said it was too expensive for them to do unless we paid for the extra protection plan because they needed the attached business, I think they called it penetration. The protection plan we were negotiating didn't even cover the repairable item. We offered to make the repair ourselves out of pocket after the sale as long as they removed the protection plans from the final bill, and after an internal meeting they said they no longer wish to sell this car at the agreed to price to us and wanted to walk from the deal. So, the repair had nothing to do with it, they used that to force our hand on the protection packages. This was the strangest and least honest car sales practice I've ever experienced, felt slimy, and frankly if this is how they operate I would never feel comfortable purchasing a car from them. Note: The sales rep was wonderful to work with, it was sale management that took this deal sideways with their boiler room sales antics.

      I took my car to the dealership to trade and hoped to purchase new car. Sales Manager **** is very unprofessional, unwilling to get up from his desk even to greet the customer. After giving me 10k below **** trade value he continues to argue with me about how he dont care about kbb **** and jdd book values. He continues to profile myself , arguing in escalated tone and manner, talked down on his customers. Horrible sales manager and horrible dealership. He does not care about customer service, value of their customer - instead he treats his customer in a combative way. Never recommend this dealership and they cannot continue to treat good folks and profile people. ******************* or *****.
