    My order was supposed to arrive January 27th and has not. Called local **** facility and said they received an empty box. The order was not received and here I am waiting. The tracking said the package was sent from *****, **********. I've done everything I could do, they do not have a customer service line just a support email. And they haven't got back to me in several days.

    My package was supposed to arrive January 27th, it hasn't been delivered. I contacted the seller and nothing has been resolved my package has been all over but my address. Called post office and sent me a message stating that the package was empty. Then it was mis shipped then rerouted to ******** once again. The company I ordered from was amos sweets but the shipper says the horus company. I either want my order I paid for with no issues or a full refund. Nothing and no one has resolved this to satisfaction. And idk if I got scammed or what but never had this problem and will never order again. Seller told me if I send 7 dollars to reship if that should happen. I will not after I already paid for my order. This is unacceptable.

    I was sent a comment card with my **** candies. The candies happened to be completely melted and disgusting so I used the comment card to complain. They sent me a very nice message back saying that I sent them my information they would send me free candies ?????? I should have known it was a scam because I never give out my information but now they have stolen my information.

    On 6/2/2024 I ordered 24 bags of the peelerz candy from amos sweets. I received my purchase in my mailbox on about 6/9. I opened my package to find that the gummy candy I ordered appeared to be melted. I proceed to open 2 of the 24 packages on candy to find one large clump pf candy do to the heat. My order included 8 packages of each flavor which were banana, orange and mango. I contacted amos sweets within 2 days following their directions from the website to take pics and attach to an email as I did. On their website they state it should take 1-2 days to respond. It also states if they are not contacted within 30 days they can not issue any refund. Initially I was ok with amos sweets correcting the situation and sending more candy and I would return the melted bags of mess I still currently have. I have sent 4 emails with pics attached to both email addresses provided on the website and the message/chat option. We are 26 days in since they day I placed my order and I have not heard from the company. At this point if this is how you treat your paying customers I just want my refund. They do not provide any phone number on their website to contact anyone. I feel like this is a scam that purposely doesn't get in contact with you until after 30 days so they don't have to refund you your hard earned money.
