    I ordered their product on a web site, it was only supposed to be $29.99 went to the next page to cancel and it was automatically ordered. I called the 800 number to immediately cancel and they said its too late to cancel. I said i just tried to order it and reverse it. They could not. Cancelled my credit card and called them to mark the transaction fraud which it was. They just delivered it i am calling *** tomorrow to send it back. Terrible way to do business.

    We do apologize for the confusion. We would be more than happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your order. You can get this discounted price of $39.75 if you will purchase a bundle, the more bottles more discounts you can get. The deal is $198.78 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.26. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $198.78 by 5) to $39.75 for each bottle.
     
    We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion. 

    As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a  50% refund as the customer requested. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

    We received the product the first time fine and then they sent a second order. I sent the order back (they received it because I have roof of delivery) I have not received a refund and when I tried to e-mail, the e-mail address is no good. I tried to call and nobody answered. I just want my refund.

If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

    On March 7 I saw this ad at 4:00am est, on ********* I should have known better, they are using Dr. ******************* to endorse this and it is all a scam. Upon ordering (clicked on $53) I received an email confirmation several minutes later with an amount for $119+. There was NO contact information but for the email itself, so I sent an immediate email response to cancel immediately. Called my CC fraud ****** and they indicated they were aware if of this company and cancelled my card. It appeared that they had acknowledged my immediate complaint and that the order did not go throughkept checking my account and it had not showed up. 4 days later I get an email your order has shipped after I explicitly instructed them to NOT process the order just minutes after I realized what happened, on March 7th. I also then noticed that the charge on my card appeared4 says later. Thank God they cannot do a recurring charge as the CC number they have is now useless to them. This product is junk, was not delivered in a dark glass bottle as it appears on the website, but in two plastic clear cheap containers and I dont dare open it the ingredients are a joke Corn Syrup, Sugar, beef gelatin, lactic acid, citric acid, pectin, artificial flavors and colors, FDIC yellow #5, FDIC blue #1, Red #**, vegetable oil and canuba wax. They are using unscrupulous tactics, and the bottom line is the product is not what it is supposed to be, not to mention they are using prominent names claiming its endorsed by them. They have ignored every single email I sent them., they finally included a phone number when they sent the your order has shipped email on the 11th, 4 days later. When I called, one of their representatives claimed, they cant do anything unless I have a bank representative on my phone with me. Of course the bank fraud department is not going to do that, thats part of their game. PO Box, no physical address, c*** ingredients, have to chase my money nowdisgusting.

    Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.  I have forwarded the email from bioheal cbds email to me indicating they intend to refund the money to my credit card company, FNBO.  Unfortunately, their **************** has not acknowledged any of the correspondences I sent them. I will be on the phone with them this morning in an effort to get them to at least acknowledge that this company is going to refund the money once I have that acknowledgment from the bank, Ill be happy to answer, publicly, that they (BipHeal CBD) did refund the money on the BBB site.  I believe that had I not solicited your company this issue would be in limbo for months and that FNBO would not get this done in a timely manner.  I was informed today that their investigators are backed up with cases.  I am a man of my word and I will acknowledge they did the right thing if they can speed up the refund process that probably would help us all.  I appreciate what you have done.  Thank you.  **********************

    On February 1, 2024 I was charged ****** for a recurring item I did not OK for them to process. I tried calling the company but the phone lines give you the runaround, they don't answer emails and I see many complaints against them! I tried to cancel after my 1st order, but they charged me almost 2 hundred dollars when the first order was $59. Even their website is sketchy!

    On 3/3/2024 I ordered Dr ** diabetic CBD gummies. I was sent a product that I did not order costing ****** instead of ordered product *****. BioHeal CBD tried to bill me for ***** and ******. I used a prepaid card so only ****** processed. At first I did not realize where the ****** charge was coming from on my prepaid card. No email confirmation was sent for the order. When I found contact information they told me the product had shipped and could not be cancel. They would issue a return to send back the product for refund when received. They now say because I file a dispute with my bank, which has been cancel agreeing to send product back for a refund. They will not issue a return approval and send a shipping label. Product received on 3/14 by mail after 5. Called this morning 3/15 to customer service in ***********. Would not give a return approval or Company in ********* ** phone number.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am reopening the dispute through my bank that was previously closed. They are requiring a 3 way call, but they refuse to call my bank to verify previous dispute was closed on 3/5/2024 after they lied about the shipment already ship and issue of a return authorization.They can Email my bank at **************** to verify, no open dispute in file.

They did not even offer to send me the correct product. I sent them my bank email address. They refuse to contact them. You may close this complaint.     I retuned product they received on 01/01/2024 my debit card was hacked they could not refund only thru ECheck Ive called numerous times the ref number is 226079Cabc they continue to say the billing department has been contacted and check should come to my email. I called for over a month they state each time it should be coming and wait 3-5 days still nothing

    On January 8, 2024, I ordered what I believed to be gummies that would help with stress relief and sleep issues. I have given these ample time to work only to find that they do nothing for me. They taste like regular gummy candy. If there is any CBD in them, it is so small that you can't tell. I was under the understanding that they would cost around $120 only to find out that my account was charged $198.78. I was also unaware that this would be a recurring charge as I was sent the product again and charged another $198.78 on February 12th. I DO NOT WANT THESE GUMMIES ANY MORE! You go online to their website and there is no way to get in touch with them to cancel the order. I want to return the last order I was sent (and never opened) as well and there are no instructions on how to do that either.I want a refund and the ability to return their product back to them... AND DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN FOR THIS PRODUCT.***************************

    On January 29, 2024 o ordered a jar of CBD gummies from BioHeal. They had sent me the wrong cbd gummies and also over charged me for them, I believe the original price was ***** and i looked at my bank transactions and it was charged $119.49. I have since been trying to figure out how to fix the problem. I just realized a few days again on March ****** that i was charged again for the same amount $119.49 and i did not authorize this money to be taken out of my account. Please help me to fix this problem as i can not afford for Bio Heal to keep taking money from my account. Thank You *************************
