    This company is sending non stop emails that violate the CAN-SPAM act.#1 Their emails arent clearly labeled as ads.#2 Their emails are deceptive in that they send them as if they are somebody you know and reference the link to their web site as pictures of someone you might know.#3 The emails do not have an opt out option, neither does their website.#4 They do not honor op out requests sent to the email listed on their website.I request that this company quit sending me these unwanted deceptive emails, I further request this company come into compliance with the CAN-SPAM act.

    Their response is an obvious cut and paste response that doesnt address the issues laid out in my complaint. I am not a customer of theirs yet I still receive these unwanted emails Ive never requested . Ive forwarded every email Ive received to the email listed on their website with a request to be taken off their list, yet I still continue to receive their unwanted emails. They also do not address the many violations of the CAN-SPAM that I laid out in my complaint. As stated in my complaint I wish for this company to quit sending me emails and address their many violations of the CAN-SPAM act.     The company (BioHealth) has sent me a second shipment of the gummies that I didn't ask for or order and I have talked with my credit card company and asked the card company to place a notice to flag this charge if they try and make a charge on my credit card. I do not want this product and I also called the company to let them know that I needed a form to be able to return this product back to them and for them to not charge my credit card for this product.

    Initial order - # R4leif1*JS13 - on or about Jan, 15,2024. Order charged out of ******* **. I ordered 1 bottle (charge of $119.49) did not knowingly request 2nd item at $59.99. Second shipment received on or about Feb 20, 2024. Order number IrnMx99*FS18 charged out of ********, **. Charge was $119.49. Did not request this second shipment. I tried multiple times to contact company via phone numbers listed on websites that came up on ****** search. Numbers either never answered or disconnected. This is obviously a bogus enterprise. I want any orders in my name in their database to be cancelled immediately. I also want a refund in the amount of $179.48 for items not requested. Please let me know if any further information is required.

    Ordered online Bioheal cbd gummies and when it arrived the packaging was nothing as marketed online. The website of the business is totally different site and when I called I wa stole that Bioheal is a scam from ************** and they r using their name to scam people. Then in the mail I received another unauthorized ordered in mail and unauthorized charge to my bank account. There was a phone number with an order and when I called I was told that they will give me half the money back to my card and when product was received back they will send me remaining money. The return instructions were supposed to be sent to me via email and I didnt receive it. Also, while on the phone the line was disconnected and I couldnt get a hold of anyone again. I reported the transaction as fraud with my bank.

    I was not made aware of product to be sent every month. I call and advised them that I would notify the state attorney for ******** as well as ****** regarding there business practices.The disclosure at the time of the original order did not show I was requesting a month supply of the product.

    Placed a ONE time order. they put me on a subscription, and sent another order this week. I called and first was told they would provide a 50% refund. When I pressed, I was given a ***, and was told I would need to pay all charges to return, and they would issue a refund once the product was received and verified in the warehouse. I'll go today and do that. However, why should I be the one paying and waiting for a mistake they made. The amount should have been refunded immediately, and the *** should be at the company expense.

    I read the add on X stating this product would enlarge a p**** and showed various testimonials. When I ordered the product and received it, there is a description of the benefits saying it will help with sleep, lower stress, reduce pain and reduce diabetes issues. Nowhere does it state any benefits for any other issue as stated on their add. I called their customer service and after a lengthy discussion, I finally got them to stop any further shhipments and ******* told me the product woukd help with the issues stated above and said he knew nothing of any other "sexual or physical" benefits this product helps with.

    I am filing a **mplaint against BioHeal at POBox ***** Kas ***** **. 89180-2168 I purchased gummies from them based on false claims by Dr ** for a one time order of 3 bottles and 2 free. The price was supposed to be around )120. They billed my credit card 198$. I did not request an ongoing relationship with them. Please help me get a refund and end any ongoing relationship with this **mpany. They are a scam and should be put out of business. I am **ntacting my credit card ** to cease payments also

    I placed an order for CBD Gummies in January 2024. It was a special they were having to buy 2 and get one free. I received five jars of Gummies plus 3 bottles of CBD Oil (I did not order the oil). There was no invoice or order form included in the package. So when I received my credit card bill, I was unpleasantly surprised to find a charge for both the gummies and the oils, with full pricing not the special they had advertised. I did end up paying for it because I thought, well I got them and if they are what they say it would be worth it. Well, they were not what they advertised and did nothing of what they said. I chastised myself for falling for their hype. Lo and behold in a few weeks I get another shipment that I did not order at all. Now they are charging me another $198.78 for another 5 jars. Our credit card company will not let us dispute it because we got the merchandise. They said it doesn't matter whether we ordered it or not. All I want is the $198.78 and no further shipments.
