    It is usually the practice to report the bad however sometimes good happens too!
    While in Vegas this past week (September, 2023) I ran across a Sales/Training Coordinator from the Genesis Group. What a pleasing personality and awesome Sales person. Based on our conversation I decided to look into an investment he was promoting. It was with a large business entity.
    I was upset because I had no documentation or forms to show for my investment because everything had been done via docusign and was supposed to be sent to me as they were completed via email. I returned home to find no documentation of the transaction and paniced.
    I reached out to the entity however because I had no Member ID which would have been in the email and my data had not loaded in their system yet they were not able to assist me.
    Genesis had offered to assist me if I ever felt the need so I contacted them even though their part of this venture was completed. Once I explained by concern to the Coordinator he said not to worry he would get back to me in about 15 minutes. I thought this will probably be next week today is Saturday.
    Well less than 15 minutes later the call comes...his Boss is going to call me and he did. I was shocked... how often does that happen. Both the Coordinator and his Boss a Chief Officer in the company were there for me. They were ready to go to bat (so to speak with the other entity).
    I today's world you don't find much customer service or even fake concern for the consumer.....THIS WAS NOT THE CASE TODAY...Genesis showed that there are some companies still out there that mean it when they say "We are here for you".
    I did let Genesis know they didn't have to call a batter up this time I found the documentation in SPAM but not under the company name I was searching for but under an indiviual name.
    Thank you Genesis for being willling to be the batter if needed and I will trust the name until shown differently. I will share this with family & friends.
