Buyer beware! Layers on layers of shady practices here. 1. They advertised contacts as $25/box but when you get to their site, you see that's only after a mail in rebate for a $75 **** card. The regular price is $44/box and minimum for rebate is 4 boxes.2. I added 4 boxes to my cart and went through the Rx entry and checkout process. The entire time, the contacts in my cart are listed as "$25/box after rebate" and they don't note the actual price anywhere. Even the total per eye was listed as "$50 after rebate."3. When I got to the payment page, the price had jumped to $282. I thought I must have added more boxes than I'd meant to. But there was no itemized breakdown. The order summary said, "4 boxes + FREE Lens Case ($2.99 value) + standard shipping $9.95 = Order Total $281.87" I couldn't figure it out and decided to get on chat with an agent. She instructed me how to find the cost breakdown. It was on the previous page underneath the shipping info section and UNDERNEATH the big continue button. Purposefully making customers think there's nothing below. The ************ on my subtotal of $176.96 we're $94.96. When I expressed shock to the help agent, they said "Taxes are recovery charges for tax obligation where applicable and the fees are compensation for servicing your order."So buyer beware. If you aren't paying close attention, you could pay an additional $80 in "fees" just to qualify for the $75 rebate that you'll never receive.

I ordered contacts, uploaded my prescription and they "read it wrong". The send me the wrong contacts and I paid for early shipping. I called them and instead of apologising, they tell me that I was wrong. I said how can you not read a prescription. Then they have me send it back to them but they wont ship me other contact until they recieve this shipment. It has now been "stuck" with fed ex for 3 weeks and they will not do anything about it. I called 5x for their supervisors to robotically repeat that they can not do anything for me until they recieve their shipment. They pulled funds out of my account 1 month ago and I still dont have contacts. No one is helpeful and the all just repeat and then get you off the phone. I really think that BBB needs to step in, their customer service is awful. Why has my payment posted and they got paid but I dont have contacts?

Absolutely shocking. I submitted my mail in rebate paperwork on 4/26, which was received by the center a week later, however they didn't **** it as received and processed until 6/9. They then quoted 18 weeks for me to receive my prepaid card. As of 8/16 it was produced, loaded and ready to be mailed. It is now 11/15 and I have not received it. I called in and was told the center has a backlog at the moment. I can maybe understand a backlog in producing them, but merely mailing something out? Please don't insult my intelligence. Lens.com are fraudulently sitting on peoples money.

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed my order on 1/11/22 it is now 11/13/22 and I have still not received my rebate of $120. I have called and emailed and I get sorry for the inconvenience but it will come. This is ludicrous. I think they offer rebates to draw people in but never deliver. They do not care that this is false advertising. Not only is this unethical but a complete scam!

Placed an order in June as a birthday gift for my daughter. Searched all contact lens websites including ******* ********* **** club ,looking for the best deal., Lens.com won the best price with their rebate. Faithfully, I ordered the contacts assuming I would get the rebate. It is now November and there is no sight of the rebate and just a remote/generic response when contacting the company. I can not believe that the BBB has not stepped in to do something about this rip off fraud company with their false advertising. *** just spent the last hour reading all the complaints and losses voiced by innocent consumers. Come on!!! Seriously?

Worst-case ever. I called to confirm that should I choose to order 6 months of contacts = two 90 day supply that I would qualify for twice the rebate amount. I was told I would and then ordered a 6 month supply. That was 1st week of August, now when I've not received ANY rebate I called and was told someone misinformed me. I know what I was told and thought I was being thrifty. BIG MISTAKE on my part. I wish I had checked for complaints before I threw my money away. BBB should investigate and help stop this sort of scamming.

I purchased four boxes of contact lenses (total for all four $131.76) and one container of solution ($8.99). The shipping cost within the continental ** was $9.95, for a total of $150.70. Lens.com tacked on $98.96 in hidden fees and services, which I did not notice until after I clicked to make the purchase. So I was charged $249.66 for a $150 purchase! To make matters worse, you cannot initiate a return online. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with a customer representative only to learn that it would take two weeks for Lens.com to send me my shipping information. Then it would take 2-3 weeks to verify the return upon deliver and another 2 weeks to process the refund. I wish I had done my research before ordering and certainly will never do so again.

Placed an order on 4/16/22 and was supposed to receive an $85 rebate card. I still have not received it. Per the ************* tracker, it has a status of "Card Mailed by **** Card Processor" for several months, which means it literally just needs to be sent in the mail. I'll never order from lens.com again. 100% a scam and class action lawsuit in the making.
