      Horrible company, with false advertisement. The price they list does not include a hidden $98 charge for taxes and fees. Still waiting on my rebate as well.

      bought lens 3/6 submitted rebate info accepted by company as of mid-Sept, no rebate called to complain got the "checks in the mail". Their system even showed it was "mailed." What a scam--never got a rebate. Filed FTC complaint and contacting an attorney. Based on the reviews, this is a scam organization.

      Bought contacts in bulk to get a rebate. Rebate I sent in last January still hasn't come yet! This is following October (end of no less)!! Other rebate sent in summer they "didn't receive". LOL!!!! Has happened before but let it slide. Company is absolutely ridiculous, were of no help to me either. Will never order from them again. Stay away! Unethical!

      I have submitted $105.00 rebate in June 2022. I still have not received it. Apparently there are ton people of having the same issue. I can't believe they will not rectify this issue. Here's the current status. It has been like this for months.Card Fulfillment by **** Card Processor

      I placed an order back on 3/13/22 and promptly returned my rebate form and proof of purchase and it's now 10/20/22 and still no $100 rebate. Going through Lens.com to get the rebate only saved about $26 if the rebate ever comes vs buying from one of the other online contact lens options who don't do rebates. So, if I never actually get the rebate I actually lost $74. I think we need to contact a law firm and see about getting a class action lawsuit going.

      Lens.com has changed the rebate process and is failing to send rebates. The only reason lens.com is cheaper is because you get substantial rebates on orders. Originally, the rebate was applied automatically before checkout. Then they moved to a system where you had to request a rebate check. NOW - you must cut off the bar codes of your order, mail them in with a rebate claim and then they promise to send a "rebate card" that can only be used at lens.com. But MOST IMPORTANTLY - THEY AREN'T SENDING THE REBATE CARDS. I applied for my $105 rebate six months ago in April 2022 and when I check the status on lens.com it says "in process." This is clearly a scam and BBB should conduct an investigation. They also engage in deceptive pricing. You are told when searching that your lenses will cost a certain amount and then at checkout the price is significantly higher with no explanation of why.

      I returned contacts on October 3rd with return label I received. I have called 3 or 4 times. Each time given the runaround that they haven't received it. I called yesterday. Was told it was received and she sent an email to process it asap. I'm on disability and need the money back asap. I still do not have a refund Now told it could take another week. Today is October 15th. I shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks to get a refund.

      Still waiting for a rebate from 03/27/2022 for $95.00, and a rebate for $35 from 7/22 Its been over 6 months and no rebate.Customer Service has a blank statement stating it can take any where from 12 weeks to 20 weeks. To get the rebate. No response from company and they will not put any negative reviews on there website, So yes, you get you contacts, but not the rebate. Buyer Beware. i will no longer use there service. Still waiting for my rebate's!!!
