      Deceptive! Advertise prices half that of competitors with rebate. When you try to complete the sale, at the final payment page, a huge fee is added without notice if you aren't paying attention. They tried to double my order cost ($159 before $85 "rebate") by adding $106 in taxes/fees...almost 100% tax is ridiculous and fraudulent! When I asked customer service, he said it was fine if I could get a better price elsewhere and said have a good day. I took screenshots of the cart and added fees in checkout in addition to the agent response.

      ABSOLUTELY NON-TRANSPARENT PRICING!! Receipts from these folks do not show consumer how much they are paying in taxes and fees; it's all just jumbled together. You have no way of knowing what part of the $110 markup is fees or taxes. When you speak o customer service agents about it, they acknowledge that this company doesn't provide clear breakout between the two. For all the consumer knows, we are paying $10 in taxes and $100 in processing fees. How difficult could it be to pull some contact lens boxes off a shelf and put them in the mail, which is a separate cost altogether? The funny part is, they breakdown the shipping cost for you. If you're looking for transparency in pricing, or the ability to do comparative shopping, don't buy from here!!

      The rebates are a legitimate scam. It toa fraudulent company that knowingly advertises the low prices- based on their refunds. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. **************

      Just like everyone else rebate is non existent. Orders on 2/2/22 and 5/6/22 with rebates of $160 and $135. both at same stage of fulfillment "Card Fulfillment by **** Card Processor". Phone calls to Lens.com customer service says that cards are in the process and are done in bulk so they have no idea on a delivery time frame. Order from 2/22/22 has been in "Card Fulfillment by **** Card Processor" for almost 6 months. Contacts are great and they filled those promptly but without the rebate I can get them locally for the same price. So far rebate appears to be false advertising.

      The rebates are a scam just like everyone else is saying. Ive been waiting on mine since March 2022. Its been in the same status of ready to mail for three months. At this point Im beginning to think theres no chance of getting it.

      Been waiting since Feb 2022 for the **** Card rebate. It 's status is"waiting to mail". I spoke to a customer svc rep once and was told I would receive the card. There is now a disclaimer blaming COVID for delay -to mail it?? Contacts very poor quality.If they are really having issues due to COVID they could knock the $40 off next order but I won't buy contacts from them again. Review on site all 5*. I couldn't even post a review and the reviews were all anonymous. Don't waste your money.

      I really hated my one time experience purchasing from lens.com given the rebate process took 50% longer than what they promised. I chose to unsubscribe from all their communications. However, they did not honor my request to unsubscribe. I have since done this 2x and each time at about 2 week intervals. Still I am receiving spam emails from them, they clearly do not respect.

      I made a purchase in January 2022 and still waiting for my $150 rebate in September. I've spoken to lens.com support a few times, and each time, they have the same response that they are having issues with their vendors that issue the rebate cards. Unfortunately, I have no option but to turn the issue over to my bank as fraud.

      Company also claimed they didn't receive our rebate form and proof of purchase. we cant even submit a new form because we only had one set of proof of purchase.
