      The rebates are a scam and customer support is no help. I have been waiting months for my rebate and I get no commitment from customer support on when they will issue the rebate. I purchased the lens back in February of this year and still have not idea when and if I will ever receive my rebate

      I wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. My husband and I both ordered contacts march of 2022. I mailed our rebates in separate envelopes on the same day, made copies of everything including the postmarked envelope. They now say they did not receive my husbands and too bad. I have photocopies though, but they insist not responsible for lost mail. Funny because they can very well just throw out the mail with no consequences. They refuse to assist even though I have all proof to back up the rebate claim. I will do everything in my power from this point to make sure prospective buyers are warned.

      Fraudulent business practices. Advertise low prices per box and then tack on a $90 processing fee!!!! No thanks. Especially given they also seem to have trouble with prompt rebate payments. I went with 1800contacts. Much better service. Up front pricing and quick shipping.

      Been waiting 6 months for the rebate. Ridiculous they make you wait a few weeks before you can submit the rebate form and then and then you only have a window when they will accept the form then they can take however long they want to process your rebate. Typical big corporation they don't care about their customers

      Waiting on a rebate for 100.00 since March. I get the run around every time I get an agent. Lens.com is a joke. They play games. Its happening to lots of other people out there as well.

      Absolutely ridiculous that they require you're rebate information within a certain amount of time but they can take 7 months or more to mail you back your rebate visa card. I placed my order in January and turned my rebate in as soon as I received my contacts. It's now almost September and my rebate card has been sitting in the same stage as processing since May. I've called several times and all I get told is a few more weeks when it's been months.

      I bought lens from Lens.com in January, 2022 and have not yet received the $60 rebate as promised. The excuse on the tracking page states COVID as the reason and to please be patient. It is now the end of August and I've given up on receiving my remate. I've had to renew my lens prescription once since January and did so with another company. I do not recommend anyone ordering lens from Lens.com.

      I placed my order at Lens.com March 29, 2022 and I am supposed to get a refund of $135. The company promised all the consumers to get there refund in 8-10 weeks and in my case it's almost 5 months of waiting. I tried calling the customer service twice and they just told me to wait! I have no problem with the contacts they were perfect, but this company? Sure! What's most embarrassing was I encouraged my friends to order here because of the rebate perks. Now, I have to warn them that they will be getting there rebates after there prescriptions expired! What a lame! THANKS LENS.COM, NEVER AGAIN!

      Placed an order 2/14/2022. Was to receive a $40 rebate. Six months later still no rebate. They claim supply chain issues but are still offering rebates they know they cannot fulfill! This is criminal! I followed up once and was told I would receive the rebate nothing came and their tracker shows its been processed but not mailed. How is not mailed a supply chain issue? Last time I checked stamps were plentiful. They really need to be investigated. I give them zero stars!
