    Took my son there to get braces in November2022 he was approved for braces through state medicaid program, then in February of this year 2024 they said he is denied and i had to pay a $400 down payment and pay $125 per month now. They say they looked in his file, and he should be on phase 2. For the past year now they havent done nothing but take money from the state and myself.

    My appointment was excellent. I was scared to death, however, they made me feel at ease. It was after that I started getting irritated. I was told my dentures would be in in 2 weeks. That was on February 14, 2023. I called around March 3rd to find out the status of my dentures and was told they would have one of the girls call the tech and call me right back. Here it is March 21, 2023 and still no call back and no dentures. I am highly irritated.
