    My wife signed up for their braces. A month goes by and they never reach out to her. Based on the contract, a 30% fee will be taken if canceling the initial treatment. That will be covered for the supplies/ scheduling and Dr time that they might block out for her. But since there was none of that was done. My wife reached out to cancel the treatment place. What they told her was the dentist was on vacation and wasn't able to reach out for a treatment plan. They refused to refund back 100% and said the refund would take about 3-4 months. At this point, my wife has already made her first payment to the credit card she signed up for. They never respond to her promptly. They pretty much ghosted her here and there when she tried to reach out. The credit card couldn't do anything about disputing 100% of the amount. The office finally refunded us but only 70%. My wife asking to get 100% back because they never scheduled her or have any supplies ordered for her. They then claimed we had to pay 30% for a 3d scan to be sent to the braces company. We ended up paying $1800 for just signing up for braces, got a 3d scan done and that was it. What an experience.
