I am submitting a formal complaint against Flow Research Collective for fraudulent behavior, and failure to provide the services I paid for in full.Summary of the Complaint:I paid $4,995 USD upfront for a 6-month program with Flow Research Collective (supporting invoice attached).Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly, the company has failed to refund me or respond to formal correspondence.I was unlawfully removed from the program just six weeks in, after reporting a fraudulent charge of an additional $1593they withdrew from my account without authorization.I first reported this to Flow Research Collective who ignored all emails and kept the fraudulent funds.I then reported this charge to my bank, who reversed it, confirming that it was unauthorized.Immediately following this reversal, my access to the program was revokeddespite the program having 20 weeks remaining. This appears to be a retaliatory action, and I was given no explanation or recourse.I had already taken steps to resolve a prior issue amicably when the agreed-upon time slot for the program was removed, making it impossible to attend as scheduled from *********. I worked with their team to delay my start to November 2024, which they agreed to.Despite honoring that agreement, I was locked out of the program and ignored. Attempts to Resolve the Matter:After the unauthorized $1593 charge and reversal, I sent a formal legal notice to Flow Research Collective, requesting a refund for the undelivered portion of the program. I am therefore requesting that your office investigate Flow Research Collective for:Unlawful cancellation of services Failure to provide goods/services paid for Fraudulent, unauthorized charges Retaliatory account termination Non-responsiveness to formal communication Requested Outcome:I am seeking a partial refund of $3,841.54 USD, representing the remaining 20 weeks of the 6-month program that I was denied access to.
