I visited the Aleenk Technologies store on 1/19/25 while at the **************. The manager kept trying to upsell and add things for free. He said he was a small business trying to expand. I purchased items. I used the charging case that he installed on my iPhone overnight. I asked if I could plug the phone in to charge with the case on. He replied yes. My phone was on 67% at 11pm. When I awoke at 5am, it was on 5%!! I took it out of the case and received a strange sync warning. I began researching the store and found that others have had similar experiences. I returned to the store immediately. The manager was not there. The employee called him for the refund authorization. The manager was on speaker phone and insisted I should keep the products and that he would give me 4 more free items. He claimed I did not read directions. The employee said he could see the charger was broken. I called my cc company. They said to leave the items. I recorded a copy of the receipt as well as a video and photo of me leaving the products. I will dispute the charge if he does not credit me today. ****. I left the products with the employee and left for the airport. I need a refund!!Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction 11.13.23 at Aleenk Technologies Pier 39 in *************. I purchased a phone battery case for my Galaxy S23 phone.It stopped working as of 11.15.23 after I had traveled back home which is approximately 4 hours away.I called twice to Aleenk Technologies and left 2 voicemails with no call back, no does anyone ever answer the phone at this place of business.They charged me $145.10 for a rechargeable phone battery case that stopped working after *********************************************************************************** box. They expect me to pay $30 for shipping and handling to send the product back. I do not feel I should have to pay anything to ship a defective product, especially after it stopped working after 48 hours. The store does not have a sign posted anywhere stating All Sales Final, no returns, only exchanges within 14 days with original receipt. You only know this after you have made the purchase and it is printed at the bottom of your receipt. I would like my credit card refunded!Initial Complaint

I was in the casino for a conference and i was suckerd into a store even though i wasnt interested. He was very high pressure. he then took my phone from my hands removing it from my case, and inserted in his case. He proceeded to beat by phone on the table as hard as he good to show me how good his case was. I kept telling i was not interested and needed to return to my meeting. He kept on trying to sell me stuff, i finally had to take my phone away from him, and return it my case and leave the store. That evening after i was finished with my meetings, i noticed my phone was broken, shattered on the back. i returned to the story and he talk me too bad so sad cuz i didnt notice it immedialty. I was then conned into buying a prodcut from him and getting 2 extras for free to help. i changed my mind and returned a few hours later and was told all sales final, no returns, nothing. So they cost my $1400 to replace my phone, i bought something supposedly of value only to find the product elsewhere for 1/5th of the price.This buisness is horrible and you should stay away, Far awayInitial Complaint

I purchased the peach colored Solar Charger on July 11th 2023 from the Aleenk Technologies at Beach ********* Embarcadero, *************, ** Phone: ************** for $223.23, Serial #************. I did register the warranty on this device a few days later. Since day 1 it does not seem the solar panel on it is working. Unless I plug the unit into the wall it will not fully charge no matter how many hours or days I leave it in the direct sunlight. Once I fully charge the unit via plugging it into electrical outlet no matter what I plug into it to charger or use the magnetic charge on the top ( I tried Android phones, I Phones, MI Fi portable Jetpack) it will not charge any device for more than 2 hours before the solar charger is completely dead therefore it will charge any of the devices mentioned but only 50% if I'm lucky before the solar charger goes dead even charging a phone in the direct sunlight. I was told by the sales rep in the store once the Solar charger is fully charged it would be able to charge up to 3 devices for almost a week before going dead. This is not true. I emailed Aleenk Technologies warranty directly from their website on 09/29/2023 as well as called the store at ******* ************. I did receive an email response from the warranty department with instructions how to use the charger correctly, which I was, and this:You do have the option to replace it under the warranty, it will be $30 for shipping and handling only, and you will get a brand new solar charger. So I tried to call the store at ******* again on 10/02/2023 once again NO RESPONSE and I replied to the warranty department on 10/02/2023 still NO RESPONSE I called and emailed again on 10/04/2023 DEAD AIR. I emailed again on 10/05/2023 and ask for the instruction to return and replace the defective unit NO RESPONSE. I called the store in ************* for the 5th time and left a message still NO RESPONSE. Steer clear of this company they will rip you offBusiness Response

We checked our records there was no calls or emails from the customer. The customer is provided a ****** warranty. No products were returned to us.
