    On Friday January 5, 2024 I purchased an Audi A4 2.0L , Turbocharge ID CAEB engine from Autoablaze. The agent that assisted me is ***********************, she took all my information for me to buy the engine. The engine was supposed to arrive from 7 to 10 business day which did not happen. I took them a month to send me the engine. Not only did it take them a month to send the engine but they sent the wrong engine not the one that I requested. I told them about it and they said that once they get their engine to their warehouse my money was going to be refunded back into my bank account in 7 business day. it has been more than a month and my money has not been refunded. Every time I called a different agent from the company picks up the phone and they only tell me that my money will be refunded in the next 24 hours which is not true or that the money is in transaction but when I call my bank they informed that there's no refund transaction pending from them. I have all the receipts and email from the purchased of the engine as well as the order number and the tracking number of when they received their engine back which was on February 12, 2024. the company name is *******************************. The engine purchased was done on January 18, 2024. the order number is *****. the tracking number of the engine from the company named Central Transport is *************. The engine was purchased for $3,750.00 dollars which they have to refund me back. I keep calling them to refund me my money since they took sent me the wrong engine and took it back but the money has not been sent to my account. it has been more than a month waiting for the to refund me the money. I have all their conversations recorded and all the receipts as well as the receipt that they took their engine back. once again the company name is Autoablaze- auto parts services. ES Remarkable LLC ****************************************. I also have the emails sent to me by them as well as the phone conversations and text messages.

    The customer in question purchased an engine from us for a total of $3750, with a booking amount of $1900 paid via credit card. This payment was authorized by the customer through email, wherein they acknowledged and agreed that the booking amount is non-refundable. This confirmation was a critical part of our transaction process, ensuring mutual understanding of the terms.
    Regrettably, due to a misunderstanding in the information provided by the customer, an incorrect engine model was delivered.     Dear BBB,

    I strongly disagree with everything that has been said by ES Remarkable LLC or Autoablazed. I have all the conversations as well as all the phone calls , emails recorded. At no point it was said that information that they provided. I provided them with the correct engine information. I have all the receipts as I have shown to you guys on the complaint that I file. With that being said in the terms and conditions sent by them which I will provide again on this email it clearly states that the only money none refundable is the shipping and taxes which only amounts to $310. on the receipts that they gave and the emails and text messages you can see that I provided the right engine. honesty is extremely value and they do not have that, the papers, emails, text messages and phones conversations that I have since the first day backs up everything that I have said. If they truly wanted to solve this in a amicable way as they just stated why keep hanging up the phones calls and keep sending to direct messages?. like I said everything has been recorded from my end since the first day, all the paper works I have it as well as all the receipts. if you can see on the files provided by me when their agent *********************** send the terms and conditions, the information provided by them right now is the total opposite.

    The receipts that I will provide again shows that Autoablaze is not telling the truth. You can see on the receipts that I order one engine and in the invoice sent by them I I was provided with the wrong one. In the terms and conditions  you can also find that the purchased was made for a 2009 Audi A4 Turbocharged 2.0L ID CAEB engine. In the invoice sent by them you can find that the one sent to me was a 2007 Audi A4 Turbo 2.0L ID BPG or BWT which does not match the engine that I order. I want the BBB to help solve this matter because they are falsifying their statements. Since I have all the required documents and all the conversation via emails, phone calls, and text messages I do not have a problem providing the documents. Every document that I have backs *** all my words. Like I told them since the beginning to either send me the right engine or refund me the money back. Not half of the money but the amount that it needs to be sent without the shipping charges and taxes. below you will find all the information sent to me by autoablaze. Starting with the purchase order, Invoice number *****, tracking number *************, authorization with the order placed for and the terms and conditions along with all the emails sent to me by their agent ***********************.

    This is ********* replying back to the statements made by ES Remarkable LLC or Autoablaze from the web pages. Those statements by ES Remarkable LLC are completely false like I said before I have all the paperwork, emails, text messages and phone conversation recorded since the first call I made to purchase the engine. On the attached documents you will find all the information provided by them as well as the emails sent to me by their agent ***********************. The reason this has come so far is because ES Remarkable LLC is not able to stand up to their fault and are saying things that are not true. They have not provided any documents that can prove their statement in the other hand if you read the terms and conditions there's nothing in there that says $ ***** will be used for the handling purpose and for the engine. in the terms and conditions sent by their agent *********************** it clearly states only the shipping charges and taxes are not refundable. In the same email you can see that the right engine information was provided by me. Is not rocket science all you have to do is read it. 

    The invoice sent to me by *********************** their agent is clearly the wrong engine starting with the year. Once again just look into the documents provided and you'll see who is telling the truth. At no point in time ES Remarkable LLC has try to solve this matter in a amicable way on the other hand when I call they hang up the phone or put me on hold until the phone call drops. There's nothing more powerful them having the right documents that support my statement. I have nothing to lie about on this matter as I have been the only part being harm. They sent me the wrong engine and got shipped back to them and now they are keeping my money, if this is not stealing them what is it called. All the documents are there to back up everything I'm saying. Now where are the documents that proves what they say?. 

    I earn my money the hard way working from 9 to 5 everyday for some people to steal it like that. Its all about transparency and honesty and at the end of the day ES Remarkable LLC do not have either. they are not even professional enough to answer the phone. Like I said since the beginning I have all the information and paperwork's.  I order a 2009 Audi A4 turbocharged 2.0L ID CAEB engine which you can find in the receipt and in the terms and conditions. In the other hand ES Remarkable LLC provided me the wrong engine. The one that they sent which you can find from the invoice document sent to me by them is the wrong one. You can also find in the documents the tracking number that proves they received their engine back.
