    I purchased a Row Machine from Get Fit Cardio on 12/5/2023. Item received on 12/14/2023 completely damaged. Item was not securely protected during delivery and when it arrived it was completely damaged. I asked the gentleman from the fright company to return the item I refused to keep and item that is all banged up, scratched and screen damaged due to the companies negligence. I immediately emailed the company and a lady by the name of ***** spoke with me and told me that once they receive the item back they will get in touch with me to let me know the next step. They received the item back in their warehouse on 1/14/24 and no one has called me back. Ive emailed the company several times and no response. *** called and left voicemail and no one calls me back, I call and no answers. I need someone to please help me. Im stuck paying for an item I do not have via affirm. I need or a refund or for them to send me a replacement row machine.

    I purchased a treadmill from this company. It did not work after much going back-and-forth. I was able to return this treadmill and now I have not received a refund been more than 30 days no one is responding to emails or phone calls within that timeframe.

    On 11/29/2023 I ordered a treadmill online from Getfitcardio.com. I uses Klara to make the payments for that treadmill. The same day I received an email from ***** letting me know that due to black Friday there would be a delay in the shipping. On December 17th 2023 I emailed them asking about an estimated delivery date. One the 18th I was informed that there was not shipping date yet and that they would get back with me when they had more information. On 12/28/2023 I emailed them again asking for an update and was not given any response. I also called twice this year and was only given an answering machine and was not given a call back. I have made 3 payments with ***** totaling ******. Since I am not getting any kind of communication from them I would like to get a refund of what I have paid so that I may purchase the item from another retailer.

    I received my order (GFC3155) for a treadmill, 12/13/2023. Upon assembly I was unable to troubleshoot the treadmill for it to work as stated. The belt and incline would not function. I contacted GetFitCardio 12/15/2023 and received instructions on resetting the machine. This did not remedy the issue. Eventually I discovered that the wiring was faulty below the console and positional. So if I adjusted it just right the treadmill would work. I asked GetFitCardio to assist with replacing the wiring or some type of repair given that at any time the treadmill could stop and potentially be unsafe if the wiring was moved/repositioned. I have yet to receive a response and I have called weekly for the past month and sent follow-up emails. I would like them to assist with repairing the wiring but I feel they are waiting out the *************************************************************************

    I bought this treadmill and it was supposed to be delivered inside my home. It was left inside my garage and the delivery people did not knock On the door and just dumped it on pallets and all. It is about *********************************************************** my House safely. That cost me another two hundred dollars. We get it in the house and the screen barely works and also has a pull when the belt starts moving. Called get fit cardio and they told Me they would refund $100 and they would send me parts to fix. Well that didnt happen. The treadmill has never worked fully and we dont use. We are snowed in and decided to use since we cant get to the gym. Now wont start at all. Called and emailed multiple times and absolutely no Response. This is obviously a scam company that takes your money and sends broken beyond repairable equipment. They say it has a ten year warranty through them and also other warranties for a year and three years also Through them. My purchase falls in all of these categories and means nothing because they will not Respond to anything. I want a full refund of Everything I paid including moving it once but will have to hire someone to Take It To the dump where it belongs. So I ended up will pay what a new one costs and dont have anything!!!

    I bought a treadmill from this company back in the middle of October. It took couple of weeks for it to ship from the original date, I almost cancelled my order but decided to give them a chance. Once it arrive, it seem like everything was fine for the exception of the magnetic key was broken. I asked about it and they were going to ship one but never arrived. After a week or so, it started giving me issues. We emailed back and forth with possible solutions to try to fix it. None of them worked and finally I just asked for a return as nothing was working. This was around December 8th when they started the process of getting it picked up. I have emailed many times (most of the emails with no response), have called and no answer. When they do email back, they just say that they will reach out to the shipping company who is going to pick it up. Over a month ago and the treadmill now just sits in my garage on the pallet waiting for them to pick it up. I can't even park my car in the garage because it is taking space. I have emailed a few times this week and no answer yet. I started a dispute with my bank to help me resolve this. Very frustrating situation.

    On 11/14/23 I purchased a ProForm **** Treadmill for $999.99. The expected delivery date was between 11/28 & 12/1. I contacted the company after 12/1 and was told the item had been shipped. It arrived on 12/11 fully assembled on a pallet. I called a company on 12/11 to handle the installation and they arrived at 4:30pm. They discovered damages to the treadmill whereupon I sent 4 pictures to the company reporting the damages. The company was willing to refund my payment, but wanted me to pay return shipping. I argued with them that I should not have to pay shipping expenses as I did not damage the equipment and was expecting to be able to use the product. They agreed and said they would arrange shipping. As of today, 1/4/24, the treadmill has not been picked up by the carrier and apparently has not even been scheduled. I have left 3 phone messages and have sent 3 e-mails over the last 2 weeks and have had no response from any representative of the company. I previously had been dealing with a customer **** ********************** but have had no contact with her since 12/11. After explaining what has taken place since 11/14 with my credit card company, they have given me temporary credit of $999.99. I want this company to honor their commitment to pick up the treadmill and ship it to their location at their expense. It is sitting in my garage and needs to be removed as soon as possible. Please help. The order number is GFC3021.

    I purchased a Norditrac s22i exercise bike from them in May. I have been reaching out for weeks regarding the bike no longer working. I was told they would ship a replacement monitor to repair the issue over a week ago and it would take a week to arrive. I have called and emailed and have not received any response.

    I bought a treadmill in May of 2023 and they delivered it to my house broken. They said I had to pay to ship it back. I argued for awhile and they finally sent someone to pick it up over a month later. I by that time disputed it with my credit card. The bank gave me my money back but then when get fit cardio responded to the bank saying I did purchase the treadmill they took my money back again. Get fit cardio then finally received the treadmill back in July. Never responded to me until August telling me they received it back and I will get my refund. I have emailed them several times and no one will send me a refund still. My bank can't help me because they said since the dispute is closed it cannot be re opened. So now, I lost my money and I don't have a treadmill. I am at a loss of what to do.
