    I ordered a treadmill on 08/03/2023 from Getifcardio.com for $1049.59. When the product finally arrived, it was ******* and broken. We refused the product and realized we would have to eat $600.00 in shipping the product back. I believe this business is a scam. The customer orders what they think will be a new item and then they mail a used item to you and when you seek a refund you are hit with a $600.00 charge so either way they are making money. There is no way this is a brand new item (which should come in a box) and be broken as bad as it was.

    I ordered a treadmill on Feb. 26th, received nearly 3 weeks later, had to call and confirm shipment because I never heard from the driver. The driver would only leave it on the driveway or in the garage. Then after the travails of getting it set ** in my basement (it comes fully assembled and weighs 350 lbs) the treadmill didn't work, had leaves and debris inside of it when we opened the cover to look at the motor. I called the company to find out if the treadmill had been refurbished or was used, they stated it was an unused but returned in the box model that they assembled and then sold. This was not denoted on the website. I had to call the company repeatedly and wait over a week for a treadmill tech to come out, then wait over a week for a part to come, then another week for the treadmill tech to come back out to find that the part didn't fix the problem.Then I had to repeatedly email and call the office to get an answer about a refund. The customer service agent refused to let me talk to a manager or the owner, said he 'wasn't there' after she had just asked him for authorization about the refund. Now I have to wait for labels, hire someone to get the 350 lb beast out of my basement, wait until it is received back by the company to get my $1700 refund now almost 60 days from when I ordered and paid for it. There was a 30 day free trial of ifit (a fitness app/program) that has already expired, and she refused to give me a refund before it is returned despite the fact that it was deemed irreparable by the tech. I asked for the manager/owner to call me, and he hasn't called. Every time they told me they would return my message they never did, and I had to always call back to get answers. I have a thread of emails as well.

    I purchased this elliptical machine online from Get Fit Cardio at end of November 2022, as recommended by my neurosurgeon, as a new machine to help with my serious neurological issues. Unfortunately, upon delivery, it was evident that the machine had been used and had several damages, as evidenced by the attached photos. I have been attempting to contact the business to send the missing parts and screws. I have also called numerous times, however, they have not responded to my phone calls or voice messages. After receiving some screws and pads, I attempted to use the machine, but it made a loud noise and then ceased working. I requested a refund and for them to cover the cost of shipping for the defective machine, however, they informed me that they would not cover the cost of shipping unless the machine was diagnosed by a technician. The technician reported that the machine had much damage, including a damaged belt, and that it would take a long time to repair. The fraudulent nature of this transaction is having a severe impact on my health and is preventing me from purchasing a new machine or going outside. I am requesting a refund immediately and for Get Fit Cardio to cover the cost of shipping the damaged machine. I will hold the company accountable for any delay in the refund or any further health complications that arise due to this issue. My attorney and I are appalled by the unacceptable state of a machine that was supposedly brand-new. Attached is a list of the repairs that the technician suggested to remedy the situation, this further confirms that this machine was previously used and damaged, making this transaction a fraudulent one. We are prepared to take this scam to court and will use all documents, technician reports, and health outcomes as evidence.

    Product: NordicTrack EXP 14i Treadmil Order number: GFC1239 Date of Transaction: November 26, 2022.Amount of Money Paid: $1059.99 Website: Get Fit Cardio at *********************************** I purchased the product on Novebmer 26 and received it on December 22, 2022. When I saw the treadmill, I refused to receive it because it was already assembled and used product. The treadmill was dirty, wheel looks like it was rolled for miles, electric wire was tighted with duct tape, and no manual book. However, the delivery driver said he can't take it back becasue he already submitted it is delivered. I had no option but leave the product on the pallet and save it in my car ********** was not expect I paid over $1000.00 for a used one becasue the Best Buy was advertising it with similar price for the Black Friday Sales. I couldn't get one from Best Buy due to no stock availble. I googled for the same model and found one from Get Fit Cardio. That was how got it from that company.After my order was delivered, I took several photos of the treadmill to ask Get Fit Cardio if this was a brand new and why it is assebled. They said they sell returned items after techinian assemble and diagonosised to ensure the product is good to go.I tried to get the treadmill inside home, but becasue it was assebled I was not able to get it in even though we were 4 men. Thus, I requested a return. One of thier employee called me said they can only accept free return if the product is malfuctional and technician can't fix. Otherwise, customer needs to pay the shipping cost which is roughly $500.00. The owner called me and offered $100.00 off when I keep the product or assist $100.00 on my shipping cost back to *********. Get Fit Cardio sent me a link to download the manual book. I checked if I can disassemble to take it into my home.. I don't think so..The employee and owner were kind and nice but insist they can't take it back with free shipping back to them.
