    I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!
    I purchased a treadmill that arrived damaged significantly from GetFitCardio. The entire screen was shattered. Understanding shipping issues can happen I contacted their Customer Service team and they promptly offered a return/refund vs shipping a new treadmill. I was fine with that solution as it gave me the ability to move forward with another purchase.
    Return label was sent within a few days from there team and I was able to have the shipping company come and pick it up promptly.
    This is where the challenges began - was now that the item was returned - actually getting my refund. The monies were never refunded back to me. I reached out to the team multiple times as I had not received the refund after a few weeks and was told it could take upwards of 30 days. From that point forward, their team did not answer calls, return calls, or respond to emails.
    Now sitting 4 months later from last communication from them (5 months since purchase); I'm still not made whole
