    I recently made an account with gametime which is owned by DiTronics. You can access this company online and they offer a means to make quick and easy transactions with other businesses (illegal gambling facilities). I signed up and made my initial deposit and received a notification detailing my transaction. Shortly after I received another notification stating that they had attempted to extract $400.00 from my account but it was short and didnt go through, but they did manage to clean my account out still somehow. Mind you, I only agreed to deposit $5.00 from my account, that was the agreement. I immediately contacted customer service through the live chat option to address this issue and was given no direct answer relating to the additional unauthorized extraction of my money from my debit card? Instead, the customer service agent tells me if i need help setting up my account.... Which is basically inputting my personal information, which I can handle on my own, then he leaves the chat? Nothing mentioned about them taking my money? I kept requesting help from customer service after that and never received it. It has been a few days now, and i am unable to get through to them, via phone, email, live chat... plus my account with them is pending and requires them to verify my information before i can access my small $5 deposit too. Hopefully my $189.00 gets reversed back into my account soon, because there was never any charge or hidden fees attached to using their services, I should know because i have evaluated all of their terms and conditions. Overall, the whole application seems a little off and almost untrustworthy, coming from a business who handles money. I wouldnt doubt if it were a cover up for a laundering money operation since they are used really in conjunction with illegal online gambling sites without licenses, thats a fact!
