    Ordered a couch from this company without doing any research, big mistake! Their IG, Facebook and website looks legit but they delete all the negative comments so you don't know what actual customers are saying about the products and company. I was told the couch was in stock and would ship 2-5 days. On 2/28/23 I received an email saying they were having a delay getting a schedule with the third party carrier, on 3/1 the warehouse mgr emailed and said there was extra space on my pallet if I wanted to add anything and get 15%off. I replied later that day indicating I didn't want to add anything. On 3/6 after no communication I reached out via email asking for an order update. Received an email from the warehouse saying they were working on getting it booked with the courier (which is what they told me 8 days prior) I responded saying to cancel my order. Meanwhile, I had been texting, and chatting with CS and Sales but they just sent me in circles with no answers. Also, they don't have a phone line to call and speak with customer service or anything, sketchy. I was reaching out in every possible way because I was worried about not getting my order. After texting that I wanted to cancel my order again, I magically got a phone call from the "escalation" dept (a lady who said she would be handling my order from here on out) asking me please to trust my order to ship regardless of the bad reviews they were aware of. Promised order would be picked up on 3/8. I received an email saying my order was fulfilled and waiting shipment update. Was told it was to go out on 3/10 but received nothing. 3/13 texted I had no updates that it was picked up. She said I'll get back to you in 24 hrs, crickets. Continued text several times over the next few days and finally after 48 hrs I got a phone call. Cancelled order, received email conf of credit which I was leary of. Next day I got an email from shipping company saying they picked up the couch, called shipper to cxl...TBCAfter calling shipper to cancel the "escalation" dept lady messaged me and said the shipper had the couch and if I still wanted it I would need to pay for the couch again because she had already issued the credit, but would give me a $200 discount. I told her there was no way I was paying anymore money until the credit was in my bank account and I wasn't going to do it anyways. She said the shipper charges $150 a day for storage and they couldn't wait for that. At this point I didn't care about getting the couch, just wanted my refund. Luckily I dodged a bullet, and my refund showed up in my account after 3 days. I would NEVER recommend this company. They are dishonest. Don't let the prices drag you in like it did me and do your research. They have lots of complaints and a lawsuit. They should not be allowed to do business.

    This is the worst furniture company I've ever dealt with. I've been waiting for a year! I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago. They never contacted me, not one time to update me on my order. I had to reach out every time. They always told me that it would be another month. They also keep your money! They said they tried to refund my money and said it failed. I turned them over to my credit card company and they're going to try and take care of it. I'M SOOOO MAD! THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, NOW!

    Honestly just so disappointed this company is still in business. It makes me question who's actually involved with running this scheme ESPECIALLY since the Better Business Bureau has already investigated this company and "gave them another chance" just for Valyou to continue ripping people off.
    I bought a couch from Valyou on February 24th of 2022 and I have still yet to receive my three thousand dollar refund. After 3 months of them telling me the couch was coming I finally realized it never was so I cancelled my order. A refund was promised to me in 7-10 business days. After multiple attempts to get my refund back (it obviously never came) I went to my bank and put in a claim and because it was outside of the 120 day window they were unable to help me. It is currently 3/10/23 and I have STILL yet to receive my refund and they are now telling me it could take up to 2 months. How is this allowed? REPORT REPORT REPORT

    They are stealing peoples money and not providing the furniture. We waited for 5 months to receive a couch and we’re in constant contact with them only to receive excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t fulfill our order. Eventually I saw real reviews online rather than the fake ones on their website and found out the majority of people have this experience with them and never get their furniture. They are scamming people and it’s not okay. Luckily our credit card refunded us, but not everyone has this experience.

    I am on the same page as many other reviews. Ordered a bed in August. Was due to be delivered in early December. It is now March, 7 months later, and they cannot even tell me where the bed is. They were very difficult communicate with, would not connect me to a manager when I requested this via email, and could not reach them on the phone. I was holding out for the bed but finally just asked for it to be canceled and to be reimbursed. They told me they could not reimburse me because while trying to process the refund, they got an error message. They told me I have to reach out to my bank and dispute the charge! This is after giving me the option to cancel for a refund the entire time. I DO NOT ever recommend buying from them. I would give them zero stars if possible.

    I actually had a good experience with my purchase. I love everything about the sofa I chose. I did have a small issue trying to locate a bolt hole I thought was missing. I contacted customer service and they sent someone out to fix it in what I considered within a reasonable, appropriate amount of time.
    I do plan to purchase another of the same sofa for another rental condo in the near future. Hopefully I'll get the same customer service and support.

    Would also give 0 stars if I could. Don’t bother ordering and if you did, I’m so sorry for you immediately cancel. I ordered in may of last year with nothing to show for it in February of this year. If you order they’ll give you this line about calling you to schedule delivery, when they don’t contact you and you contact them they’ll say they don’t have stock and they are waiting. You’ll get that story for months on end and maybe they’ll throw in oh it got allocated, nope just kidding it didn’t. Until you then cancel your order, then they’ll tell you “oh we cancelled your order but in order to get your money back you’ll have to file a dispute with your bank” this company is a huge scam and I could not recommend them less. Report report report they are the worst company I’ve ever worked with!

    Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing my couch. It's the same exact story as everyone else. I purchased a couch with delivery date 2 months out. There was no communication. Every time I asked for what the hold up was and what the timeline was going to be, they would "look into it" and then never provide an update. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not shop here!

    Would give zero stars if I could. This business is a total scam. I had credit to this place after canceling my Feathers Sofa order because it was taking months more than expected to come in. During their Christmas/New Years sale, I was looking for something else to purchase. However, after logging out of my account, I attempted to log back in the next day and my account was gone. Saying that they had no record of me. I went to their website and sent a chat to their customer service asking for help. They advised me to call. So I did and no one answer. I called everyday for the next week with no one picking up. I wasn't even able to leave a voice message because they hang you up after awhile. I sent a chat again to the online customer service and no one responded. Only went I reviewed them on Google did they get back to me. Jem, told me I should "register again using the same email you used before where we credit your balance" and I "should be able to see my rewards." I did exactly that and NOTHING. My credit was not there. I emailed Jem back and no response. I have been following up for weeks now with no response from anyone. This place and people are absolute scammers and thieves and will take your money and not do anything about it. NO NOT purchase anything from here. You with either not get the furniture you order OR your credit will disappear. Honestly shocked this place is still open and is allowed to operate.

    I was scammed out of my money! I ordered the Charm bed on September 5th and was willing to wait the two months for delivery. Two months came and went with no communication from Valyou. When I asked about it they just said to keep waiting for one week. I continued to wait with no updates or communication. When I asked for an update a month later, I was told a few more weeks. When another month went by without any updates, I attempted to cancel my order and they said they could not give me a refund and that I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. I'm very unhappy with this outcome and I hope no one else has to have this same terrible experience.
