  Paid thousands of dollars, one of the reinforcement brackets broke. I called them a tech came to my home to see the problem was told was under warranty. One month went by, according to the business the tech no longer works with them thus that was the reason they never fixed my door. My question is did the service tech quit right after he left my home? The tech did called someone on the spot so the company knew about my problem. I had to hire a different company to get my door fixed. Due to the high prices Precision should implement better training methods on how their techs are reporting faulty doors back to the main office. I asked for some sort of reimbursement thus I had to give my tenants a discount on their monthly rent aside from hiring someone else to fix this problem. Want new potential customers to be aware of Precision, thus they lack any customer service 0/5.

  They charged me $650 dollars for about an hour of labor. My garage door broke on a Saturday evening. Precision guy came out, gave me an estimate of $650. Sounded high but I needed my truck out of the garage early the next day and I figured he needed 3+ hours to fix it maybe. Had no choice and I ok'd the estimate. He spent an hour or so and fixed it. No parts needed. Just labor. I paid it. I called Precision the following Monday to find out if this is real. They say thats a real price and can not do anything about it. I will not be calling Precision or recommending them to anybody...ever. Major price gougers.

  My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was disappointing. Initially called to fix broken springs, I ended up with a $1500 estimate due to aggressive upselling tactics. Despite my clear specifications for a 16x7 door with two struts, they installed inappropriate springs, violating their own terms and conditions and compromising safety. To top it off, the replacement spring only lasted six months. Avoid this company; their pushy upselling tactics are a major drawback.

  Non disclosed unfair business practices.
  Business has an "all sales final" policy that was non disclosed at the time of signature. They will not accept returns, albeit they are an authorized LiftMaster dealer.
  Non disclosed 3% charge of $67.38 on all customers using a credit card.
  I have spoken to an employee at Precision Overhead Door of Las Vegas employee regarding the matters at hand. To date, I have not received a return phone call with a resolution as promised.
  I have sent the business a resolution compromise by USPS priority mail, tracking. A complaint has been filed with the Nevada State Attorney General for non disclosed excessive credit card convenience fees.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by precision. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, they only respond when I initiate contact. This was at least 5 to 7 attempts on my end. It has been exactly one month since I first raised my issue, and there has been zero progress towards a resolution. Michael who is one of their managers stated he would take on the project personally and do everything he could. Once again empty promises and no contact at all from him days later. I was also told another manager named Trevor who was in charge of all financial issues would contact me and never did. It took me having to call once again for him to talk to me. Which led to zero resolution and no care for anything they put me through. The level of neglect and lack of communication is unacceptable and down right disrespectful. Even trying to get a refund has been a huge struggle which turned even more complicated in the end. I can’t stress enough how frustrated and disappointed I am.

  I recently had to get my garage door assessed and replaced. I opted for Precision Overhead Doors in a random web search and am so happy I did.
