1 starI was quoted 399 for install and equipment. I had an appointment between 4-6 guy arrived at 8p after I called a couple times to check if someone was still coming. He arrived and tripled the price and said 1400 based on the materials he had…not what we agreed on. Would not recommend do not trust.Review fromVicki B.

I was charged $1.621.00 for a new motor when I had called to just have a remote programmed. Was told the memory board was bad and first quote $1,900 plus but if I did not do new rollers and took only one remote, the fast would drop to $1.621. When telling friend how expensive motors were, she informed me that she just paid $400 for new motor, 2 remotes and key pad. We then call precioun and one other company for general quote and were told approximately $400 total installed. I was not offered any other options, so had no clue as to the cost. I trusted the tech to be honest with me. Since I am a senior, retired and female, feel I was taken advantage of. I have made 3 calls to speak to a manager and so far no return calls.

Had an issue with my garage door and the technician was super attentive, and did the job very quickly so I could have my problem solved.
Price was great and staff is very friendly.
