    On March *******! Mr ****** ******* was introduced to us the ******* by **************** and Kitchen who were performing some home remodeling and recommended ****** for fabricating our project.! Stating Mr ******* was a Fabricator their company frequently referred to customers! and initially everything appeared to be going well we thought we hired ****** as our fabricator verbally. 7/2/2024! Purchased material from one of his vendors Arizona Tile 7/18/2024 we did not hear from ****** for over 2 weeks after paying for Slabs(RED FLAG) finally heard from ****** requesting deposits to get project started of 50% down informed ****** everything needs to document because I loss a significant amount of money from the person that referred him to us stone and incomplete job he was well aware of this and presented like he was concerned and assured us that he would not do us the way that **************** were doing their customers. Met with ****** August 21 with him writing up what the job details. Victors installers started the project on September 4. ****** clearly knew the way, the stone was to be cut, Marble Slab was cut incorrectly notified ****** of ***** on September 4 Stone was installed incorrectly theres an ***** , and he needed to come evaluate ****** along with one of his colleagues, ******* came and assessed the ***** September 5 ****** stated he would correct it if not they would give money back that was September 5. We are now in December 10 and our project is still not done. ****** has alleged Arizona Tile to be at fault because they provided him with stones that were not book matched! but why would you cut slabs if they were incorrect doesnt make sense was my question to him. Hes given dates he was coming to correct ***** as finish the job! Casita countertop, bathroom but hes a NO SHOW..! stated he will give money back, which he has not done.! He alleged that I threaten him with a gun.! Not true.! He continue to schedule appointments. NO SHOW
