    Was looking at buying a pair of shorts as a souvenir for my wife. Was told the store was having a buy two get the third pair for free. Was not told about any additional fees or charges. Price of shorts were advertised as *****. I was charged $191.55 for two pairs of cotton shorts. Sales person never told me a total before paying nor displayed it to me and swiped my card charging me $191.55. I explained I would never pay that much money for cotton shorts and was told with a sarcastic tone oh Im sorry is that a problem? We dont Do refunds or returns. I then asked to speak with a manager to which the sales person refused to give me a phone number or any means to contact her manager. I then went to the police station to report it and they recommended contacting the BBB. Im on a vacation that was bought for me by my wife as a Christmas present and Im all the way from ******. I never would have even purchased the shorts had I had ANY inclination that they would cost that much. And there was never one single moment where I was told that they would. I feel cheated and scammed and am still at the beginning of my vacation with almost 200 dollars less than I had budgeted for the trip to begin with. This would be a great and heavy financial burden on me and my family if not resolved.

    On 1/23/2025 My wife and I entered the store after a pair of shorts caught my wife's eye. Whe went inside to inquire about sizing and the first ***** was very attentive to my wife and let us know about a buy 1 get 1 free promotion and helped her find a design she liked, before we could ask about pricing, a 2nd ***** was already making the custom shorts. We knew these were cheap shorts and that they would be slightly over priced due to being on **************. We were shocked to find out that the total came out to $392. We both immediately apologized because there was no way we could afford almost $400 for what are essentially 2 pairs of very cheaply produced shorts. The 2nd ***** began to tell us that we would need to pay the $392. My wife asked if they could possibly sell them to someone else and she said no, we had to pay or they would get the police involved. We has no way of paying that much so the ***** offered her discount which dropped the total to $140. We paid it but definitely know that we overpaid and we're bullied into buying these items. Would really like to return them because they weren't worth this whole ordeal. My wife is upset that there are really hustlers like this that make ********* look bad. It isn't about the money but we are truly unhappy and don't wish something like this on anyone else.

    I was quoted the price for a custom shirt with an image I will choose myself for $35 for the shirt and a $20 fee for the image. The clerk stated that she has a special price if you buy 2 custom shirts you will get 2 for free. However, when I've checked out, the store clerk rang it up, processed the card payment for $586.05 without my consent. When I started to ask questions about the change she started yelling at me, I was told that i will have to pay otherwise she will call the police. I never once saw the total on the screen or approved the amount. I was scammed out of my money and was intimidated to overpay for cheap shirts that are not worth this high price. Shame on this business, and I can't believe she is still in business as my complaint is not the only one so aviously no action was taken to resolve this issue. Please someone at BBB take steps to stop this problem so nobody else gets ripped off by this terrible business/person.Thank you for reading my complaint and I look forward to hearing from you soon with a response.

    Date of transaction 12-8-2024 Went to store, picked out 5 items. The store lady said buy 3 get 2 free.Picked out 5.Went to checkout. Never told us a price. Said my card didnt go through. But it went through. I went back to store, they said no refunds or exchange. I didnt not know the total, we were over charged.

    Date of transaction 12-8-2024. Amount paid -$****** My girlfriend and I went into a screen printing store. The lady said buy 3 get 2 free. We looked at some shirts and decided on 3. Total we bought 1 sweatshirt, 2 t shirt, 1 pair of shorts, and 1 pair of underwear. Went to checkout and my gf gave them her card. They did not tell us an amount. I saw ***** on the screen. They told her, her chip was not working and gave her the card back. Then they took my card. There was no amount shown.We left the store and we both got fraud text from our banks. We found the receipt that was shoved at the bottom of the bag and the amount shown was ***** and $****** we were both charged. I was charged ****** and she was charged $***** We talked with a security guard and went back into the store, the cashier started yelling at us saying the sale is final. They told my girlfriend she was never charged although she was. She refused to help us sort this out as the charge was way more than what the tshirts and clothing was worth. We then went to the ** and made a statement and they directed us to the bbb. We were also charged for wax protection and we didn't ask for that as shown on receipt.

    I was quoted ***** plus tax for a pair of shorts and a hat. The clerk rang it up, processed the card payment for 473 and some change. I never once saw the total on the screen or approved the amount.

    While in ***** at the ******************, we went into this shop as a group of five people and asked about pricing, I asked about shirt and was told 50, and some other people in my group were quoted ***** dollars on their item, they would never answer any additional questions we asked about the items and then told use we must purchase them for ******* dollars. They told us if we didnt purchase them we would go to jail and get into trouble and were so forceful and in our faces yelling and screaming at us. The items werent worth the ***** dollars originally quoted let alone ******* dollars! These people are predators and should not be allowed to stay in business as clearly they have scammed a lot of people out of money and then basically bullied/strong armed them into believing that they would go to jail if they didnt purchase an item. Today five 21 year olds were scammed out of over $1,000 dollars combined due to this business still being able to continue to operate despite the multiple complaints they have received. What a shame!!!
