The seamless gutters were put in place on Jan 15, 2024.The seamless gutters were not suppose leak. The leaks in time may cause wood damage. We have talked to office personnel three times. We have not had any response from this company. The only thing we were told is someone named ***** may get in touch to handle the concern. To date this seems to be an endless problem with no resolution.Would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

We installed there gutters on 11/6/23 not 1/2024 as his wife is stating. *************************** called end of January for a leak assessment. I, ***************************** Office manager, told him that ***** would get with him as soon as we could but that we were 2-3 weeks out for any repairs due to already install appointments set and that we would call him as soon as we can get him on schedule. His wife called 2/5/24 screaming at me on the phone with threats if we did not come out ASAP and fix the issue. I told her that I had already spoken to her husband and as soon as the weather stops raining ( due to we can not do anything in the rain) ***** will try and fit them in and see what is going on.  I tried to explain to her that we can not do anything in the rain and I asked her 4 times to please let me talk due to her talking over me non stop and that She told me NO and hung up on me. I called back when our gutter supervisor ***** got back in from the field to see when he could get out there because his wife was being extremely rude on the phone. ****** answered the phone and I explained to him that I had already told him that it was a 2-3 weeks till would could get out there but that ***** said he could come out the very next day between 6;30am-7am on his way to another scheduled appointment and see what the problem was and his wife was yelling in the background saying that I was ridiculous and stupid. They both said NO that is too early and that is the only time we had available ( which is the same time we installed their gutters and had no problem with that time) We are construction and we start early in the day and ***** was going out of his way to stop by and have his scheduled appointment wait a bit to stop by the Omsbergs. ****** than asked when we can come out and look and I told him 2 weeks, he said fine and hung up.

I explained to them that the rain needs to stop and dry up before we can come see if the issue is our problem or their roof. The house is very old and we told them when we installed the gutters the roof needs repaired. Gutters does not always solve the leaking issues. ***** already put off his Friday 2/9/24 schedule and is putting all repairs for Friday to see what is going on with repairs instead of making our customers wait 2 weeks since it might rain again soon. I am calling them tomorrow to set up time for ***** to come out on Friday when he gives me his schedule tomorrow for Friday

His wife refused to listen to anything I said, called me names on the phone even when I was talking to her husband in the background.

I added a copy of their invoice which shows the paid date of 11/6/23 and the back of the contract info that is with every contract given

On Friday morning Feb 9,2024 our gutter supervisor ***** went out to assess the issue with ******************************* leak and found that it is their roof issue not our install. He showed ****** the problem and explained to him that their roof is very old and needs flashing and repairs. We offered and put caulking on the area as a courtesy with ******* approval free of charge on the area but explained to him that it is a roofing issue not gutter installed issue and that we are not liable for repairing the roof.

Thank you for your assistance.  They did come out and did some repair but it still leaks in a spot or two.  Just putting some caulking is a poor solution.

Before installation the roof was discussed.  At that time they felt it could be handled.

We are sorry they seem to have such a poor attitude toward their installation.

This was the second time we used them.

We have just decided it is difficult to have quality work done.

We would like to thank bbb for their assistance.
