    10/21/2022 Sign up for trial under guise of receiving FICO scores through ********* link. The scores were in fact Vantage scores and not applicable. Immediately attempted to cancel account through website, not possible. Called customer service, customer service was conveniently closed. This company prey's on the uninformed and hopes they forget about the "trial period". The information and "scores" they show are provided for free by other companies such as CreditKarma etc. It is my belief that this company is the scum of the earth preying on simple folks who would like information on how they rate credit wise.

    I was reached out by Sixty Day Credit repair that they would fix my credit and increase it by 100 points if I sign up with them and the identityIQ the software company to monitor the progress because they are working with them. It has been 105 days have passed I reached out to the Sixty Day credit repair to get my refund they said that they will work on my refund that is owed by the sixty days credit repair but will not refund me what identityIQ the software company has charged me which was $29.95 for the last 4 months because they are not working with them. I reached out to identityiq the software company and they said they cant do nothing about my refund. Please help me to collect what has been charged because looks like they are running a scam on people the sixty days credit repair and the identityIQ thank you.

    We do work with third-party vendors. This member may have signed up through a third party. Our records indicate they called us on Oct. 10, 2022. The customer service representative assisted with this member's request. We called them on Oct. 12, 2022, and left a voicemail. We called them again on Oct. 13, 2022. They picked up the phone and hung up. We attempted to call them back, and it went to voicemail. We left them a second voicemail. We addressed their request.

    This company has fraudulently charged my account. I didn't subscribe to any thing. I've been in recovery from two major surgeries. Unemployed for 8mos. I would never subscribe to this company. I want my money that they stole from my credit card company ASAP of $101.

    Received a $34.99 charge on my bank card this morning. No idea who they are or what they do. Did not sign up for any service and didnt authorize any money to be sent.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive a phone call from this business unless my phone assigned the business phone number as a scam call or telemarketing call. Subsequently I was charged ***** (3) seperate times on that same day.

    I have attached proof of these charges. Also the account was already cancelled. This company has several different names such as MyscoreIQ.com, IdenityIQ.com, Residentlink.com, and other affiliate names.  

    After doing research And finding this is an Affiliate program now I know ive been scammed. ive attached another screenshot to show you the Account not even accessible. It has never been accessed

    I want ALL of the money you scammed on my credit card and stop charging my account.

    I would like these funds returned immediatly.

    Company refuses to close my account and wants me to call. Not happening close the account its quite simple. If you can request me to update billing I can request to close the account. Account ID: ************** If they have questions they can call me its not on me to call them.

    Didnt even know I had an account here. Tried calling the company over 15 times to cancel, because you cant online, only to be left with we are having technical difficulties try again in 10 minutes for 4 days in a row. Ridiculous scam. Will be taking further action unless issue is resolved immediately.

    I had called to close my account with them in June because I did not want to get charged anymore. They said that I had already been charged so I would have to keep it that month and then it would be canceled the next month. I did not realize that I had been charged for the next three months. I looked today and I was charged again. I called and they said that yes I did call back in June but I had decided to keep the services and if I wanted to cancel I would have had to call back before the next month and since I didn't do that I decided to keep the services. I said I was never told that. She put me on hold and said that she could give me a one-time refund and they never do that. I said okay. I said was it for the 3 months? She said no it was just for one month. I said I was not happy with that since I was not aware that *I* needed to call back to cancel because that was never stated to me. She stated since I used the services in July and August and now in September. But there is no way to get to your account without looking at your scores. So I did not pull my credit I was just trying to figure out how to cancel my account. I also told them they should have an automatic system in place to cancel accounts because it seems to me that it preys on customers to get them to pay more money.

    First off I paid $1.00 for the service on 06/18/2022. I canceled the service after I seen it's not what I wanted during the 7 days. I wasn't charged until recently 9/19/2022 how can you charge my card months later for something I been canceled. I then tried to login into the account and it says account locked. I then attempted to call the customer service line which nobody answered said call back in ten minutes. I called after ten minutes nobody answered. How can you take money for a service I am not receiving? and then not answer the phone. Poor customer service!!!
