    I don't know what this is and I was charged twice. I looked up terms and it said it was once a month and I was charged twice in 2 days

    Enrolled as a "trial" and paid 35,90 in February of 2022 with understanding would not be charged until I let them know I wanted to continue enrollment. Continued to be charged monthly and attempted to cancel online and over phone. No success, Contacted my bank the first time and they denied the charge but because I continued to be charged stated they would not continue to deny stating I should cancel with the company, No success in reaching the company to cancel. Please help me cancel and get my money back

    I signed up for the 7 day free trial, i realized I didn't need this service so I canceled my subscription way before the trial ended. This company still went ahead and charged my credit card and customer service will not answer my phone calls. I want my money back!

    I signed For credit glory in March 2022. They monitor my credit as I was looking to buy a house. Apparently identity IQ is tied in somehow with their company so they have been charging me $20 a month since March for basically nothing and credit glory has been billing me $100 a month so I have paid almost $600 since March for basically nothing and when I called to cancel they gave me the runaround so I logged in online to try and see if it would let me cancel my account and it told me my account was locked so I called identity IQ back and they stated it's because I tried to cancel so I asked if they could unlock my account so I can see what's going on and they said not until I pay them $179 and when I asked to speak with a manager they say none is available I can hardly hear them there's a lot of background noise and it all sounds like a scam and they've been taking $20 a month for me since March it's now August that's $120 I still can't cancel the account they won't let me speak to anybody therefore I had to literally change my bank account information I get a whole new bank account in order Them to stop charging me and I won't actually know if it stopped until next month

    I had 4 separate phone calls I made to identity iq before I called credit glory on 8/15/XX XXXXXXXXXX is the number I called and when I got cut off a North Carolina number called me back and it was the same man then when we got disconnected again a South Carolina called me back regarding the issue I spoke with what sounded like the same man each time but I did not get his name as I could hardly hear him with all the background noise. and I cannot answer the phone because they call during my working hours which are Mon-fri 7am-6pm. They canceled my account but I'm still very Unsatisfied with the customer service and I still think it's a scam, How can I cancel my account without my permission but when I called to inquire about canceling they told me I owe them $179 makes no sense

    My credit card has been charged on June 6th for $1.00 then a recurring charges January 14th -august 14th for $39.90. I never signed up for this and I had no reason to. I've tried reaching out and never got anywhere. I would appreciate $319.20 refund ASAP.

    I don't know this company I have had no dealings as far as I know they have taken money out of the account that I have not authorized I don't know how they even got access to my account and I would like to be refunded my money

    I keep getting charged for services I did not make. I have no idea how they got information on my new credit card to use in my husband's account. I went to the bank to cancel my old card to stop them from Charging it. I realized In June. How were they able to get my new card information? I have a stutter and requested an email to cancel this subscription, and they responded, "we cannot accept account instructions, including cancellations, via email. Any instruction you provided in your email has not been acted upon. You must contact customer service at XXX-XXX-XXXX to take action." How can a company not have an option for the hearing impaired? This is unacceptable, and they continue to do fraud on my account. They refused to cancel and charged me $26 monthly after I asked them to cancel. This service was a part of a credit repair I needed years ago, and they NEVER told me I couldn't cancel nor have a subscription. I'm very disappointed in how they conduct business. I want a refund for all the charges made since the start, and ALL Accounts closed immediately

    I used identityIQ with a bad credit repair company who required me to sign up with identityIQ. Once I realized they were doing nothing to help me, I tried to log into my account and stop my membership to find out you cannot cancel online. You are required to call by phone, when I call the phone number the number does not work. This company should have a cancel online button and stop the shady business practices.

    So I had been looking for a loan online and I found a loan but they needed to get a credit score and it would cost only a $1 and never be charged again. I needed a loan and thought okay $1 isn't bad. I made the account and paid which it says $1! Anyways I paid the $1 and when I tried to log back in to the account I had just made it said it doesn't exist! I tried many times! It kept saying my email didn't exist, I right away tried to get help but nothing And now I have charges on my bank account for $34.99 from this company! I have tried tried to get ahold of anyone at this company and it's worthless! I just want a refund, I just had surgery and I can't afford this charge that was made in my account. my acccouldn't help me! But... I really need help. Life is hard as it is and then get a charge that I never agreed to. I want all my money back and Stop charging and ripping people off!

    Not too long ago, with the idea in mind that I'd win a 500 grocery card online if I'd just was fill out a few surveys, download some games, and subscribe to a few 7 day trial subscriptions. Well, I did those things, amd one of the subscriptions was to Identityiq, and it was supposed to be free if I cancelled by the end of the 7 days, which I did...well they somehow got my account info to 2 of my accounts that I bank with, which I never had given them, and have taken almost 100 dollars out of one, and 60 something out of another. I never authorized and I've called and emailed them multiple times to try and cancel my subscription and get my money back and they have done nothing.
