    This service was offered through ***************** and they have charged me for 4 months without providing any service. They will never get back to me and have all of my financial information. This is not okay!

    This request is regarding our Resident-Link brand. We spoke with this member over the phone on Jul. 13, 2022. We assisted them with viewing their report. It can take up to 90 days upon enrollment for rent payments to be reflected on accounts or credit reports. We addressed their request.

    I called weeks ago to cancel this awful service. You can't do it online where you have proof of what is being done. I went through canceling but got an aggressive rep who kept trying to get me to get a different service plan for credit monitoring. I said No theee times!! She said it was canceled but the keep attempting to charge my card AFTER I CANCELED. THIS IS FRAUD. THEY LIE AND KEEP TRYING TO BILL YOU. I WANT THIS AWFUL COMPANY TO STOP TRYING TO CHARGE MT CARD. THEY DO IT A FEW TIMES A WEEK!!! CANCEL MY ACCOUNT LIKE I ASKED YOU A MONTH AGO AND STOP ATTEMPTING TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. IF THEY TRY AGAIN I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU

    I signed up for their services 3 months ago and my rental activities have not shown up on my credit report. My login credentials never work and I can not cancel this service. This is a sham fraud of a company.

    This request is regarding our Resident-Link brand. According to their member dashboard, their positive payments have been successfully reported until they self-canceled in their member portal on Jul. 1, 2022. We reached out to them multiple times since Aug. 2, 2022. They did not answer any of our calls, and we left them multiple voicemails. We encourage this member to give us a call back at the number we provided in our voicemails. We have addressed their request.

    I called to cancel after I saw the first charge for the "free" trial. The only way to cancel is to call in. The rep would not refund my money for unused services and said to call back at the end of the month before the next charge to get the service canceled, that way I could get the most of the $34.95 I would never see again. I have a very busy schedule and missed calling in on the 23rd (Saturday) to cancel. This company makes is incredibly difficult to cancel and get your money back for services that are unused. The business practices are predatory and extremely not customer friendly.

    We called this member on Jul. 27, 2022 and spoke with them over the phone. After discussing the request with the member, it seems they was misled by a third-party vendor attempting to misuse our affiliate partnership program. We addressed their request.
