Never heard of this company and never signed up for their subscription service. I have been charged 200 dollars in total over the past year from them. I've already notified my bank and disputed every single unauthorized charge. How you guys are still in business with these shady practices are beyond me. Horrible fraudulent company.

To sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. I don't know if this is scam, but it sure felt like it.
I found out about this company after signing up for credit repair through a company named Kees To Success. They needed my login information and that brought about a red flag. I told Kees To Success I am no longer interested in pursuing.
Logged into the IdentityIQ website immediately to cancel the membership and saw that there was no option for subscription cancellation on the website. I called and was able to get the membership cancelled, however, the gentleman tried to upsell me. LOL...really
Anyway, I was able to get the subscription cancelled over the phone and received a cancellation email.
I work for a consumer/product liability law firm and will be filing a complaint on both Kees To Success and IdentityID.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

They tried to take out 39.99 from my Bank account. Luckily my Bank caught it. I was applying for a loan and agreed to the $1.00 fee to check the account. I never authorized two separate payments from two separate companies.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

This company is such a scam. I got charged for the service.
Called to cancel as stated in website. He said I have to call back Jan 19.

Yes, imma try to cancel mine before it's too late. I want to know why the Better Business Bureau is backing them. Saying they are BBB accredited!!! Really. Do I not trust this site either. We r screwed either way we go now a days. So sad.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

I didn't read the fine print on the email after I got the $1.00 credit check from "Rocket Mortgage, powered by IdentityIQ".
I didn't know I was automatically signed up for an exorbitant 34.95/month identity protection.
They refused to refund my money. The refused to stop my subscription and prorate the "membership fee ". This is an unscrupulous business model and should have a "D-minus" or "F" rating from the BBB.
