This company is horrible! I signed up for a free trail and didnt cancel I time. So, they charged my card. When I called for refund they said they dont give refunds but they will cancel the account. Understandable. Fast forward to next month. They charged my account again after I already called to cancel the account. They told me I had to call back to cancel the account because they didnt have an automatic system to cancel. I told her I called to cancel the account, why would I call back a second time to cancel the account again? All she could say is well we dont do refunds and theres not we can do.

ONE OF THE WORST SUBSCRIPTION SCAM WEBSITES.They Information they provide is ok not great. You have to call to cancel and cannot cancel the same way you started your account WHICH SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. If mid-month you want to cancel, they will cancel your account on the spot without any partial refund but won't have access to the service. What you can do for this type of scam website has an "instant" credit card (most banks have it now ) they will generate a temporary card for a one-time purchase and won't allow it to charge anymore after that. I started doing that so I keep my service for the whole month (Which I paid for) and don't have to call them to cancel the day before. DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THEM USE YOUR TOOLS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

This is a scam company. They tell you they have ways to cancel their service that i was tricked into getting. I only wanted a rocket morgage list but was presented with a mandatory $1 dollar fee for credit reports. This enrolls a person nto a 30 dollar a month identity protect service with no way to cancel. The website does not offer the cancellation as describe and they do not answer the phone to cancel. You must report the fraud to get your credit card provider to get back your money which they will continue to charge your card. This is a huge scam. I wish the police would get involved and arrest the operators. They know they are a scam.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

I am now seeing what others are saying, had to cancel way before next billing date but they informed me that the service would stop immediately even though it has been paid through the monthpro-rating was not an option, nor was a partial refund. I went ahead and did the cancellation because I'm not going to remember to call again exactly before the next auto-draft. Scammy scam scam, sketchy sketch sketch. I also really did not see much benefit during my months of service in conjunction with a credit repair service. Never again. To sign up for our credit monitoring and identity theft services, members must provide personally identifiable information as well as answer security questions provided by the major credit bureaus. We do work with third parties that offer our services, so you might have signed up through a third party. A customer service manager called on Sept. 8, 2022, and again on Sept. 12, 2022. Like so many others I signed up for a 7 day $1 trial and then found it impossible to cancel. There is no online cancellation option and I've called numerous times during their alleged customer service hours only to get a recording saying it was outside those hours and call back. Thus far I have never been able to speak to anyone. Strongly recommend against this company. Rather than credit protection they are a credit scam.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. They have also taken money from me. They obviously have a definite scheme. They know how to get their hands on your money too. No one wants to spend all day on a phone trying to get one person to help you only to try and get bamboozled out of more money. I wonder how some of those people can sleep at night. The issue is they have set up auto billing that is irreversible except by contacting them over the phone during their limited business hours which are during most people's work hours. Then if your billing is on a Sunday, you have no chance of cancelling until Monday in which it is already too late. IdentityIQ knows exactly what they are doing to take money from clients and bank off of making it difficult to cancel or hope they forget. Their phone agents after waiting on hold like to go through all the different options to get you to stay or call back later so you will forget.
