I noticed the company Identity IQ charge on my credit card and had no idea who they were. I figured they were some scam company so I called my credit card company and they took care of it ASAP and issued me a new card. A few months latter I found Identity IQ charged my new card again for months. Again, I called my credit card company and they again cancelled my card and issued me a new one. After a few month I saw the charges again from Identity IQ and they also charged my card two times in one month. So my credit card company gave me the Identity IQ info and phone number. Identity IQ is an identity theft protection and credit monitoring service. After numerous tries I finally got a person on the phone. Come to find out someone fraudulently used my credit card to enroll in their service. Not even close to the same name as me. My question is, how can they be an identity theft protection company when someone used my credit card fraudulently to become a member? Let me give you a little advice. Maybe you should first start with checking your new customers for credit card theft and fraud.

Get this straight. I was never a member. It was one of your members that committed credit card fraud by using my credit card to become a member of your so called identity theft protection and credit monitoring service. And it looks like it's happened more than once from other reviews. Class Action.

Same story. Was signed up for this service while trying to get help from a credit service company. Then unknowingly billed monthly. My first time logging in after months of auto billing and you are unable to change your billing method or cancel online. After calling in I was able to cancel. I mentioned the auto billing issue and the customer service rep glanced over the comment. No need to respond, IdentityIQ, it appears you are fully aware of your third party vendors and are implicit in this scam.
