If you are enrolling in IdentityIQ services because you were told to do so for verification of employment, rental agreement qualification or something similar, it is potentially a scam. The representative was very positive and upbeat. She helped to ease my anxiety around the issue I was having with my debit card.

I must've signed up for this through a 3rd party or so but when I recognized it I had given them a call and asked to be unsubscribed immediately. I unsubscribed through the emails and called but yet I was still getting charged. After speaking with them a 2nd time I was told that this was my first time calling. After talking to them they said they could only refund me from just the first time I called when I called once before. So after talking to my bank we had discovered that they had charged me twice every month until this point but under a different name so that they could reoccur every month. Luckily me and my bank has caught it otherwise I would've been out hundreds without knowing it. Check your statements people.Identity Intelligence Group, LLC

Great customer service she did help me out. Identify ID is great service to check out my credit scores. She was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Her assistance today is worth my monthly membership fee. Her pleasant attitude meant even more to me as a customer.
