    I bought some products from this Love and Lust LLC, incenses and white sages for religious purpose, paid on June 30, 2022, and received by the recipient bank in July 5,2022. I paid via a remittance money transfer app name ******** to send the money from Indonesia to US.

    After more than a month, the owner name Arshaluis A******* never sent the items out to Indonesia and never responded to my messages regarding the delivery. I am waiting and waiting but still no updates.

    I do not have a refund policy or any buyer protections because it is out of an e-commerce website, we do transaction privately using whatsapp number.

    I knew him from ****, bought from them 2x and succeeded before. This time I didn't buy from ****, because I need to request a phytosanitary letter from him as my country custom asked for requirements especially for this products white sage, regarding it is dried leaves.

    The seller run away with my money, total loss is $1796.24

    Please help regarding this issue.

    I can confirm that this is not a US customer, she from Indonesia . My wholesale department works with wholesale international customers. This is correct. Package was shipped and she provided the tracking information. This is correct as well. If this package lost in transit we will send a replacement. I'll take care about it.

    As per today I checked on the UPS Website Tracking, the package haven't received yet. If you really had delivered it, may I get the photo of your delivery proof along with the boxes that you sent? Because there is no updates or any responses from you I might want to know of you had delivered it. Even the certificate that I paid, you never sent me the scan document or pdf to my emails or ******** number.
